After Ayu and Leny petrified Dion back in her basket, Ayu called a doctor to treat her husband so that he could more calmly leave the husband.
Upon arrival the doctor who was asked by Ayu came out earlier, Leny asks them to check and look after Dion so that he can accompany Ayu to examine her womb which Leny suspects if there is a fetus in it.
"We pray together, may what we think be true. Surely they will be very happy if you are really pregnant" said Leny smiled while helping Ayu walk because she looks weak.
"Yes, Brother" Ayu replied lethargic for expending too much energy.
Leny holds both of Ayu's arms to help her walk. When Leny held Ayu's arm out of Dion's room, they both became the center of attention because they saw Ayu with a weak body condition and a pale face.
Rani's mother rushed to her daughter-in-law and in a panic she saw and wondered what was really going on.
"Why you, baby?" mother asked Rani worried about stroking Ayu's hair.
"The energy was drained because from then on Mother's daughter-in-law was vomiting continuously" replied Leny smiling.
"What?, why can?" Rani's mother is getting worried.
"Have you eaten wrong this morning, dear?" timpal Ibu Rani worried.
"There is no Mom. Ayu breakfast as usual" replied Ayu limp.
"My dear mother, don't worry. Leny felt that Mother's daughter-in-law was pregnant" interrupted Leny cut with a happy face.
"Ma...I mean you, in here is Mother's grandchild?" mother Rani asked a little surprised while holding Ayu's stomach.
"That's just Leny's guess, ma'am. We have to make sure again" Leny replied.
"Then immediately checked dear" said Rani's mother smiled happily.
"Yes Mom, Sister-in-law also invited Ayu to meet with Alvin" Ayu replied limp.
"Yaudah come on baby, I also want to know the condition of Daniel" asked Ms. Rani holding Ayu's arm. Now Ayu's position is in the middle between Mother Rani and Leny who holds Ayu's arm.
The three beauties immediately left Father Leo and the others in front of Dion's room. Rani's mother, who was sad, is now happy to hear that Ayu is pregnant, and she continues to pray along the way to meet Alvin.
"Hopefully what we hope is true, dear" said Ms. Rani looked at Leny and replied with a nod and a smile by Leny.
While walking towards the ER room where Daniel was, the three of them saw Alvin walking and were about to enter the room. Leny called Alvin immediately after making Alvin stop his steps.
"Alvin!" call Leny a little scream.
Alvin stopped and he turned his head "What's the young lady?" alvin asked after turning around.
"How's my husband doing?" leny asked after she arrived in front of him Alvin.
"As I said, miss. Your husband is fine, and he is currently sleeping well. Yes hopefully not dead, hahaha" Kevin replied laughing.
"Hus!. If you speak her mouth like carelessly!, she is the son of Mother Tau" between Ms. Rani and immediately pull out Alvin's ear.
"A. Oh, oh, my mother. Alvin was just kidding" whining Alvin in pain.
"Hahaha, rasain tu" sneered Leny. While Ayu only scowled because his body was still limp.
"Be careful if you talk like that again" threatened Mother Rani growled.
"Yes ma'am, I won't" replied Alvin withstanding the pain.
Suddenly Chelsea came and he was surprised to see the lover was in a state of being in a jewel by a woman who he had considered as his own mother.
"Darling help me, I was beaten by Mother" whine Alvin complained with a grieving face hoping the lover would help him.
"It's because you started it, right?" ask Chelsea to guess.
"Yes right!, he started it first" replied Leny cutting.
"Listening to Leny's answer, I supported Mom" Chelsea continued and they all laughed at Alvin's face.
Then the two Chelsea eyeballs lead to the figure of Ayu who looks limp and his face looks pale. He was worried about Ayu's condition.
"Why are you Ayu?" ask Chelsea to worry.
"God! until I forget" said Leny patted his eel.
"Alvin, I'd like to ask you to check on my sister-in-law's condition. I suspect she's in her womb there's a fetus" Leny explained.
"Yes, I'll check it out. But please let go of this first Mother" whined Alvin.
"All right, Mom will let go" answered Rani and removed her finger from Alvin's ear which looked red.
"It's a good thing you're my son" he looked coldly at Alvin and Alvin could only swallow his saliva.
"Are you really pregnant with Ayu?" asked Alvin while continuing to stroke his earlobe that still feels hot due to his own actions.
"I hope so too" replied Ayu weakly.
"Why don't you check it yourself?, aren't you also a doctor?" ask Alvin.
"What other fool is this?!" sela Leny cut.
"Will the barber shave his own hair?, is he not helped by his fellow barber?. Do not go far, your lover is the owner of a beauty salon. Have you ever seen him cut his hair with his own hands without any help from his employees?" timpal Leny was furious because of the speech from Alvin just now.

"Jaudah we are in the fetal examination room" Alvin asked the four beautiful women.
They walked to a room not far from where Daniel rested. When they arrived inside, Alvin immediately asked Ayu to lie on his bed and he began to check Ayu's body.
The three women accompanied Ayu inside, all of them praying and hoping that Ayu would actually conceive her son Dion because they had been waiting for that moment.
Alvin smiled and made them all wonder at the look of the expression.
"Congratulations, soon the Syahputra family will have another successor" Alvin smiled.
"Am I really pregnant?" ayu asked twinkled and felt still not sure if she was pregnant young.
"Truly the doctor. Not only that, in your womb there are two fetuses and both are healthy" Alvin smiled.
"What's two?, ja..so my grandson is a twin this time?" ask Rani's mother surprised.
"Yes ma'am, congratulations" replied Alvin smiling.
"Damin's gonna have a twin sister?" Leny smiled as she imagined her son playing with his twin sisters.
"Thank God, you have placed another trust in our family. Even up to two" said Rani's mother crying happily.
