Chapter 6 Their Effort

It is not felt that their marriage has been running for quite a long time, a week after the wedding Reydan and Zara are still discussing about their future plans. Now they've been through that week. The wedding can be counted as two months since the reception.

Even the business they planned was already underway. Reydan decided to open a workshop business, it just so happened that he had experience in composing motorcycles. During college he also worked in a workshop as well. And from his view he could see how his boss managed the workshop so well that his income was decent. That was what inspired him to open a small workshop.

It should have been ten million not enough to open the workshop, but how else, ten more jutanya he gave to his wife for his business. But fortunately luck was on his side, his old boss called him back and invited him to meet.

From the meeting it turned out that Reydan was given a place that he now uses as his workshop. That place was the former workshop owned by his boss who had not been occupied for a long time. “I did not have time to attend your wedding, especially I also just found out you are married. So just think of this place as a gift for you.” He said as Reydan asked why.

Reydan also thanked me. He didn't expect his boss to remember him. And gave him that gift. Although Reydan admitted the place was indeed less worthy because it had not been occupied for a long time but it did not make him stop being grateful.

Reydan turned it into a decent and comfortable place to wear. Furthermore, he only needs to buy his tool kit, although not complete because the money is not enough but he still has some equipment in his parents' house that he once bought.

As for Zara, she had also started her business. Zara opened a small small cake shop on the edge of the city that was quite crowded with visitors. At first he only wanted to open a mobile meatball trading business, but Reydan held him back. “You are good at making cakes, why not try to make a cake shop? Coincidentally Papa also has a small kiosk that has not been used anymore.”

Zara immediately agreed to the idea from her husband, and after that she began to prepare everything with the help of Reydan. Even Asri also came to help because Zara asked for it.

He thought by inviting his mother everything would be quickly finished because the same woman. And sure enough, his work became faster because Asri helped him. Zara is grateful her husband and mother can help her in this.

This morning, Zara was busy working in the kitchen to make breakfast for her husband. Because soon he'll be going to his cake shop. Many customers are asking for their orders to be made today.

That's why he's a little rushed. As a result, Zara only cooks the taste of the dish.he only cooks shrimp with balado seasoning and saute kale and Reydan's favorite sauce. After finishing preparing everything, Zara brought him to the dining table.

Reydan who had been waiting at the dining table immediately smiled when he saw Zara who appeared with her food. “already darling?” tanyanya basa.

“Udah mas, but sorry yes today I can only cook this. Time is not enough. I'm going to this cake shop.” Zara answered while serving her food on the table.

Reydan nodded in an attempt to understand. “Gpp really, anyways soon I also want to go to the workshop,”

Zara started to get food for Reydan and handed it over. Then he sat down and took it for himself. “Where is your workshop Mas?”

“Lumayan anyway, just yes not too crowded because the tool tool is also still lacking.”

“Thank God that's it, at least we have income first, Mas. Later, for example, the money collected new can add tools. Good thing we do not need to return the money equally papa.”

Reydan chuckled and nodded in agreement. Then Reydan suddenly remembered something, there was something he had to say to his wife.  He looked at his wife doubtfully. Zara who noticed it stopped her mouthful and turned back to Reydan's gaze. Zara felt Reydan wanted to say something.

Zara fell silent, then her eyes turned to the wall clock that had shown at seven. If he accompanied his mother here he would have arrived late at his cake shop, not to mention the cake that still had to be made. “Mas to his workshop hunt gak?” Zara asked Reydan.

Fian is Reydan's college friend who now decides to work in his workshop, they are from the same department of communication science. Just like Reydan, Fian also wants to start his career from scratch. It's just the difference Fian is the son of an official while his parents are just ordinary office employees.

“But...” Reydan was really hesitant, I don't know what made him doubt. It was like there was a feeling in his heart.

“Udah no need but tapian, Mas. I finished my breakfast, I want to wash the dishes and keep going. Later if mama just said I've gone mas. You see, I've been waiting for customers.”

Zara got out of her chair and took her plate to the dishwasher. While Reydan can only stare resignedly. After all what she should be worried about, just to see her in-laws for a while, isn't that not a problem.

Reydan chose to finish his meal immediately. Then he saw his wife who finished washing dishes go straight into the room. Reydan was sure that at this moment Zara was ready and rushed to leave.

Zara who finished preparing to go straight down to say goodbye, her eyes immediately fell on Reydan who was watching television in the living room. Zara smiled and approached her husband. “Mas, I go first yes.”

Reydan turned his head and noticed Zara's already neat appearance. With a pink knee-length dress and also a bag that he always carries everywhere. Don't forget the smell of her perfume that stings so much on her nose. Reydan so worried that Zara will be seduced adam if like this continues.

But he did not want to be said possessive, so Reydan prefers to be silent and not comment on it. “You want me anterin gak?” he asked not to turn his eyes towards Zara.

Zara shook her head slowly. “I already ordered a taxi, besides that Mas nganterin I later mama keburu come.”

“Ya you have a heart yes,”

Reydan stood up and then gently kissed Zara's forehead and then dropped to her lips. It became an obligation for both of them before they left for work. Zara took her lips off Reydan's lips. Then take Reydan's hand and kiss him.

“I leave ya mas,’ pamitnya.

Reydan nodded and escorted his wife to the front. When Zara got into the taxi, she waved her hand. Zara smiled and told the taxi driver to walk.

Reydan took a breath and intended to go inside his house again, but suddenly a taxi stopped in front of his house. Reydan turned around while frowning his forehead in confusion. He thought it was Zara coming back for forgetting something. But it turns out the assumption was wrong.
