My Imam, Surgaku

My Imam, Surgaku
(26). Ennobling wife.

"Assalamu'alaikum angel Abang,"

"Wa'alaikumussalam, Brother."

Azalea who had just finished wearing her robe immediately walked over to Husain who had just entered their room while carrying a black plastic. Azalea took Husain's right hand and kissed him with reverence. Not to forget, Azalea also gave a glass of warm water to Husain to quench the thirst of her husband who had just walked from the mosque to their home.

"So when Abang finished morning prayers, Abang saw there was a breakfast stall that was ready to open. Because you remember you have not eaten hodgepodge for a long time, so you asked the owner to buy it yet. Alhamdulillah it turns out the owner has allowed Abang to buy. That's why Abang immediately buy a hodgepodge for Brother's beautiful wife and two vegetable puffs for Brother and Mother." Husain said while thrusting pelastik containing hodgepodge for Azalea and vegetable poultice for himself towards Azalea. While the vegetable dish for his mother had given Husain earlier.

"Alhamdulillah. Thanks, Brother,"

Husain smiled when he saw Azalea's sweet smile. He took his hand to gently stroke Azalea's mane which still felt a little wet in his hand because his wife had just finished bathing.

"But by the way Brother, what was it after dawn that Ustadz was lecturing? If anything, you mind not telling Aza the contents of the outline about her lecture? Aza also wants to increase knowledge even though Aza can not directly come to his mosque," said Azalea with a hopeful face.

Seeing that, Husain chuckled. He swagged with a minimalist Azalea nose.

"There was. Here Abang tells the outline of the lecture after dawn." Husayn brought Azalea to sit closer to him.

"The pre-dawn speaker was Ustadz Hilman Fauzi. The title of his talk was The definition of true love," Husain paused his sentence just before he began to explain the outline of the lecture he had received earlier.

As for Azalea, the woman prepared her heart and put her ears together to listen to the outline of the lecture that Husayn had heard.

"It's like this. When a person has love in his heart, there are four principles of love that he must have. First, love saves each other. If any of us is all in the name of love but with the feeling of love it even presents pain to each other, then it is not love. Because there is something wrong with the principle of love that should be love that saves each other instead of hurting. Nor will love do anything that God hates. When we love someone, we will not plunge ourselves and our loved ones into sin. Wh why? Because when we truly love someone because of God, we will take care of him and save him from transgression. And if there is someone who with his love even hurt, betray, and hurt the person he loves it is not love. Maybe, he hates but wrapped in the language of love. Second, love strengthens each other. Give each other, and you will love each other. Love is not demanding and it is not asking, but it is giving. When we love someone, we give a lot. It is the same when we love God. When we love Allah, then we will give the best thing we can do such as performing the five prayers, performing the fast of Ramadan, almsgiving, do tahajud prayers and things that are liked by Allah SWT. Thus we prove that we love Allah SWT. Whoever proves his love for Allah by his good deeds in life, then he loves Allah, it is mentioned in the description in the Qur'an. Love is strengthening, not weakening. Third, love forgives each other, not spite and hate. If in our hearts we have not reflected a broad and great apology for what we love means we have not fully loved. Forgiving the imperfection of someone we love is what we should do. There is no perfect man on this earth. Instead, we need someone who is imperfect so that we can perfect his imperfections with the imperfections we have. That is real love. Lastly, love prays for each other. Not because he's close then we fall in love. But it is precisely because he is always in our do'a that love becomes good before God. And also love it should not have. If with others he can be happy, why should we curb the feeling of love in our hearts. No way, he should be with me. That's not the name of love. Love is planted in the heart, evidenced by goodness. Love saves each other, it strengthens each other, it forgives each other, and it prays for each other. All the frames of love will be stronger feelings if it is leaned on Allah SWT."

"That's the outline of the talk you were listening to at dawn" Husain told Azalea, who still faithfully listened to each of his words.

"God, Aza now knows what true love involves God in it." Azalea said with a sparkling face.

"Thank you, you are willing to re-notify the outline of the contents of the morning lecture that you listened to earlier." Azalea said sincerely.

"Together, baby,"

"Okay, now Aza wants to grab a bowl and have a drink for us to have breakfast."

"We're having breakfast at the dinner table, baby." Husayn held Azalea's left hand out of their room.

"OK if that's it."

The two of them joined hands to go to the dining table to have breakfast together. Arriving at the dinner table, Husayn helped Azalea prepare dishes and drinks for them.

"Why Brother was always willing to help ease Azalea's work. You should be able to sit sweetly while Azalea prepares everything." Azalea asked as she poured hot water into a glass filled with tea and sugar.

Hearing Azalea's question, Husain put on a smile and walked up to Azalea to hug Azalea from behind. Not to forget, Husain also floated sweet kisses at the head of Azalea covered with instant hijab.

"Because Abang married you to accompany and be a friend of Abang in the rest of your life. Not make you a maid who has to do all the housework. As long as you can, you will do all the housework. Because it is indeed the responsibility of Brother not you," explained Husain.

"But Aza Seneng really can do all the homework. Especially help me with my mother."

"MasyaAllah, Abang's wife." Praise Husain with a happy smile. Afterwards Husayn gave a kiss on the right cheek of Azalea. Making Azalea chuckle because she felt amused.

After the tea was so warm, Husain took him to the dining table where there was already presented a hodgepodge plate and also a bowl of vegetables.

They both ate quietly. Every now and then, Husain would feed his Azalea lontong vegetable. Vice versa. Husayn and Azalea were used to sharing with each other. Because that is what makes their love more fertile from day to day.

"Later noon friend Abang met with college friend Abang yes, dear. It just so happened that he also brought his wife" Husain said after they finished breakfast.

"Can."

Azalea's hand moved to pick up dirty dishes to wash. But Husain swiftly detained him.

"As per agreement. Brother who washes his dishes," said Husain did not want to be denied.

"OKAY. Passion, Brother!"

Azalea gave a kiss on Husayn's lips as a sign of his zeal.

"Thank you for the kiss, baby,"

...HUSAYN AND AZALEA -...

"Wait a minute, baby."

"Why?" Azalea asked with a puzzled look on her face.

"Is anyone staying?" Ask again.

Husain shook his head. "No. But you wait here first. You go there for a minute." Husain pointed towards the shop that was located opposite the farmhouse they had come to.

With a confused look on her face, Azalea nodded her head. Allowing Husain to go to the store across there. And shortly after Husayn left, Husayn came back to Azalea while carrying a plastic that had no idea what it contained.

"That's what?" Azalea asked Husayn who had just arrived before her.

"Abang buy basreng, seblak same instant aci baso for you. Kan Beloved Abang likes very much the same basreng, seblak and aci baso,"

"Wahh, it's a real shame to have a brother. Brother is the most understanding of Aza." Azalea said with sparkling eyes staring at the crackle bag containing her favorite instant food.

"Whatever to be a darling, brother." Reply Husain while stroking the head of Azalea.

After putting the snacks that Husain had bought into the car, Husain took Azalea's hand to enter the restaurant that turned out his friend was waiting for him inside.

"Assalamu'alaikum." Husayn said when they had arrived in front of a couple.

"Wa'alaikumussalam's chat. MasyaAllah, Husayn. How are you?" Greet Husain's friend.

"Alhamdulillah, good news. How are you, Zay?"

"Alhamdulillah, good too. Let's sit down" Zayan asked Husain and Azalea.

Not to forget, Husain pulled a chair for Azalea and cleaned it with a tissue before Azalea sat him down. Husayn would do his best to serve Azaleas like Azalea, who gave him the best service.

The four of them began to eat the dishes presented in front of them while talking. Whether it's about politics or religion. Even more vocal are Husain and Zayan. While Azalea and Husain's wife only occasionally chimed in when they understood the topic of Husayn and Zayan's conversation was a little heavy.

After lunch, like most of the men out there Zayan took out his cigarette box and thrust it towards Husain.

"Well, not afdol when you finish eating do not smoke. A cigarette." Tawar Zayan's.

Husain smiled at Zayan while politely declining Zayan's offer. "I don't smoke anymore, Zay. It stopped." Husain.

Hearing that, Zayan looked a little shocked. Because when they were in college, Husain was an active smoker who sometimes could spend cigarettes in a day.

"Well, is it? Since when?" Zayan asked who put his cigarette back in his pocket.

"Since marrying Azalea."

"Oh so recently quit smoking?"

"Yes. My wife doesn't like cigarette smoke. That's why I quit smoking to keep my wife comfortable,"

Hearing Husain's words, Azalea was shocked. Azalea never knew Husain was an active smoker. He thought Husain had never smoked so he had never seen Husayn smoke from the beginning of their marriage until now.

"Seriously?" Azalea asked spontaneously.

Husain. His hands flanked the minimalist nose of Azalea with anxiety. "Yes, honey. I've told you that you like what you like, and you don't like what you don't like." Answer Husain.

Instantly, the corner of Azalea's lips pulled upwards forming a sweet smile. "Thank you, Brother."

"Together, my dear,"

"It's a very romantic friend of ours this one," licked Zayan.

"Majib dong bro. We must glorify the wife as taught by the Prophet SAW."

"I think I have a lot to learn from you, Husain," said Zayan.

"Later we both learn. I am also still learning how to glorify a wife as taught by the Prophet SAW." Husain replied with a low.
