Kehrani opened his eyes, staring fixedly at the face of his lover who was now sleeping soundly beside him. Then get off the bed, head to the table and grab a beer in the drawer and sit on the couch.

For almost 30 minutes Kehrani sat quietly while drinking the beer. Before finally coming out of the room, in a slightly dazed state due to the influence of alcohol.

With his hands resting on the wall, Kehrani walked slowly towards his Grandfather's study not far from the hallway.

Kehrani just silently watched, without the slightest sound.

"You drinking?" Grandpa Keyrani asked after smelling the alcoholic scent of Keyrani, his eyebrows slightly raised with a frown that was slowly etched on his forehead

"What's going on? Why are you drinking this midnight? Ray's? Where's she? Didn't he stop you?"

"Why?" Regardless of his Grandfather's question, Keyrani asked with a sharp gaze asking for an explanation

"Why do you have to do that? Is my mother's departure not enough? Is that treasure so important to you?"

"This is for your own happiness" said Grandpa Keyrani understand the direction of Kehrani's speech

"Happiness? Who are you to dare to manage my happiness?" Sarkas Keylani sharp

"Keyrani!" Tegur Grandpa Kehrani

"Am I wrong? I came to this house because I still respect you as the parents of my mother, but that doesn't mean you can be so willing to rule my life"

"I don't care at all about this family, let alone being the heir to this family. I have my own life and only I have the right to decide"

Kehrani chuckled at his Grandfather's words "So according to Grandpa, I will remain safe if I become the heir to this family"

Grandpa Keyrani was silent. It is true, when Kehrani becomes the heir of the family, he will only be the target of those who have long since betrayed his position.

"If there was happiness in this house, Mother could not have left at that time" Kehrani said then stood up leaving his Grandfather who was still silently looking down at all the words of Kehrani

Just when Kehrani came out of the room, he met with Jeri who had been in front of the room.

"You hear that?"

"Hm.. Less more"

"Am I wrong?"

Jeri gave a small grin, then pulled Keyrani's arm towards one of the rooms on the third floor.

"Where is this?"

"Your mother's room" Jeri said as she opened the door

Keyrani entered while circulating his gaze around the room that looked so clean and well maintained.

"Still as before. It doesn't seem like they're changing it" Jeri said, feeling nostalgic

"Are you really unhappy in this house?"

"I don't know. Your mother never really told me how she felt. He always hid everything from me. Including when he was planning to leave this house"

Similarly to Jeri, Kehrani also does not have much memory of his mother. Especially since his mother left when he was 11 years old. The trauma of the accident made his memory faint in his mind.

"So what kind of happiness would I get if I stayed in this house? I don't see any happiness in this house at all"

The next morning, Ray awakens to find that Kehrani is no longer beside him. Ray didn't think much of it because he thought he would be in the kitchen or with the others because it was 7 in the morning.

After changing his clothes, he immediately went downstairs to the others.

"You yourself? Where's keyrani?"

"He hasn't come down yet?"

"Not yet" Lisa replied shaking her head as well as others who showed a face look of not knowing

"No need to look for him. He's upstairs" Sela Jeri who just came in

"above?"

"In his mother's room. Soon he will come down" replied Jeri trying to casually hide the incident last night

"We can eat while waiting for him" Jeri said and pulled Ray's confectioner to the dining table

Ray who was a little suspicious and worried, could only resign himself to following Jeri's wishes and sit at the dining table together with the others.

10 Minutes passed...

Kehrani finally came down with a neat appearance after cleaning himself up, especially since he had a bottle of beer last night.

"Key.. " Call Ray and let him sit down next to his Grandpa and Grandma

Kehrani did not reply. He simply fell silent, then ate his breakfast regardless of the other confused expression.

While Jeri just looked down at the food, without intending to eat it. Since last night, he could not sleep at all. Blame him for making it all this way. He really did not expect that his parents would actually behave like that.

Silent...

No one dared to make a sound at the table. Until then, Kehrani put the spoon in his hand and stared one by one at the dining table.

"Key..?"

"I'm sorry... I decided to go home today" Kehrani said feeling guilty to his best friend including Ray who is now looking at him confused

"Keyrani!" Suddenly Grandpa Keyrani stood looking at his grandson seriously

"I'm going home. With or without your consent" Keyrani replied

"What do you mean, son? Don't you like living here? It's only 2 days since your arrival" said Grandma Kehrani approached Kehrani

"Well.. I've only been two days and I can't stand living here" replied Keyrani with angry eyes

"Key.. " Jeri finally got up

"Silent. I told you last night. I will go home today, none of you have the right to stop me" Keyrani said with a sharp gaze trying to control his emotions that were now almost exploding

"Come with me" Ray said, immediately pulling Kehrani's arm away from the dinner table

While the others just silently mutely confused what to do in such conditions. Especially after Keyrani who was so angry like that.
