34. CHAPTER 34 - KISSING

"Emhh wait, not much." Hold Nara who is sitting on the bed while being bribed continuously by Ezra. Baby Alan slept well next to his mommy.

"You have to eat a lot so that your energy is restored and can eat medicine from the Doctor. If you are sick for days, my son can get sick later," said Ezra, giving one more bite.

Being urged, Nara also accepted the bribe of her husband who looked like a prince who was feeding the beautiful princess with romance. "Drink first." Give Ezra. Nara took a sip and left only half. Again - again he was astonished at Ezra who consumed the rest of the water.

"Ezra! Why are you doing this!" Nara snatched it even though the contents of the glass had been drunk.

"What the hell? Why are you angry?"

"Well strange, aren't you disgusted at eating and drinking my leftovers? Moreover, the glass and spoon had already touched my tongue." 

Ezra was silent for a while, then pecked Nara's forehead with two fingers. "Why should you be disgusted? You are my wife, what you eat and have is mine too. Just like what I got is yours too."

Nara thought too. 'Why is he so good today? Has he changed? Or is there a want?' Nara then glanced over the closet. Nara just realized there was another crackle among her groceries.

"Who's it?" tanya Nara pointed. "Have baby Alan, I bought toys and new clothes in the mall." Apparently Ezra's departure was to return to the mall to buy goods for his son.

"Why did you buy it?" nara asked, looking like she was crying. "Hey, I bought this because I'm his parents too, you should be happy, why even sad?" Ezra did not know Nara's tears because she was touched by her husband being heard thinking of her and baby Alan tonight.

"Teri.. thank you, Ezra." Nara wiped away the rest of her tears and smiled as sweetly as she could. Ezra raised his hand, flicked his wife's bangs up and clamped them down. Nara was surprised that the clasp she wanted to buy earlier in the mall, was now in her hair.

"From now on wear this, let your beauty look." 

It was like a cold breeze hearing those sacred words of praise coming out of Ezra's mouth.

"I'm pretty?" Show Nara to herself.

"Ta. but I'm ugly" said Nara lethargic still remember Ezra likes to mock her ugly.

"Who said?" ask Ezra pura - pura don't remember.

"Yourself," answered Nara pointing at him.

"Look, I never said that" Ezra said. Nara held back her laughter seeing her husband's prestige as high as the sky because she now said, "Sorry."

"Sorry for what?" ask Nara. 'Has he changed and apologized for what he said?' inner Nara.

"I'm sorry, it came home suddenly, so we can't watch the movie until it's over."

Nara pouted feeling disappointed at herself who was too hopeful for Ezra to change. "Hm... It's okay, but why did you kiss my forehead downstairs?" nara asked still curiously because Ezra's actions were rare.

This time it was not the sad Nara, but the moody Ezra. "I just want to be like my father" said Ezra still sitting on the edge of the bed and fixing the pillow used to rest Nara's back.

"Your father? Meanin?" nara asked, feeling that there was sadness buried in her husband's eyes. It was a word for Nara like - 'you're lucky from me.'

"Forget it, now that you take the medicine continue to sleep. Tomorrow must be completely healed in order to get to Melly's party. Remember, Vano could ruin Melly's party if one of us isn't present and I don't want that to happen."

Nara nods and is sad to see Ezra back to what he used to be, cold and haughty going from her room carrying baby Alan so that her fever is not contagious.
