10 Seconds

"Awas ... !" sherly screams as she tries to cross the street after buying mineral water at a mini market.

Sherly pulls out a man's shirt that looks like a tourist, the man almost gets hit by a car if Sherly doesn't pull it.

"Huh ... !" the man only realized, it turns out he was daydreaming and did not pay attention to the direction. Though Sherly had shouted to immediately pull over because from the opposite direction there was a car driving very fast towards him.

"Be careful Bang, still dear to your life?" sherly exclaimed after the two of them managed to pull over.

The man was still in shock at what had just happened.

"O-yes, thank you Ma'am!" reply the man while confirming his slightly sagging glasses position.

"Don't call me madam, since when did I marry your sister!" it was Sherly's nagging tirade who didn't like getting that call.

"I'm sorry I don't have a sister" the man said.

"He he he, sorry Ma'am, uh, what should I call you?" joking the man scratched his head made Sherly giggle herself.

"Come," Sherly said as she passed away leaving the man.

"Wait, whatever!" call the man, it sounds strange Sherly turned her head.

"Did you just call me?" Sherly put her ears close.

The man smiled so it looked dimples on his cheeks.

"It's just his own smile, eits, you weird guy!" Sherly was about to turn her body but her hand was grabbed by the man.

"Let go!" Sherly pulled his hand.

"Ho ho, sorry," the man raised both his hands shoulder-high, "Include my name Toni!" the man named Toni stretched out his hand.

Sherly who felt bad to refuse her offer to get acquainted finally wanted to shake her hand.

"Sherly," she said briefly.

"I'm late" he murmured, looking at the clock on his wrist.

"Then be with me!" tawar Toni's.

"I'm with the driver" Sherly said, pointing to his office car which had stopped due to traffic jams.

"Then, it's with me, it's a thank you for your kindness." urged Toni who knew the anxiety on Sherly's face.

"I'm basically a good person" Sherly said, looking back at her watch.

"How about this, I'm almost late. Hopefully this morning the president of Alva has no schedule, I haven't had time to ask Lia too?" his mind looks worried.

"Come on," suddenly without Sherly realizing Toni is already on top of her ninja bike.

"I-I, how are you?" there was doubt on his face to refuse or accept.

"Now," Toni thrusts her helmet straight at Sherly. Sherly is still pensive between accepting or not.

"The more noon the vehicle will jam. You will not arrive at work on time. Accept this!" toni urged.

"Well," Sherly accepts the helmet because time has forced her to leave immediately. Sherly immediately put on her head. Toni immediately put on her helmet too.

Sherly's still sculpting.

"Why shut up, get up!"

"I-I don't know how to."

"Oh my good, where are you, just don't know." Toni taps her shoulder so Sherly can hold on to her.

Sherly managed to get on.

"Get a tight hold!" toni shouted, her voice unclear.

Sherly is confused because she doesn't know how. She was holding on to Toni's shoulder.

"Where do you work?" asked Toni when the bike had gone far away from where it met earlier.

"Bank Core" Sherly said briefly and flatly.

"I know that place."

I don't think they've arrived. Sherly had told her driver that she had gone to the office on a motorcycle.

"Thank you" Sherly took off her helmet and gave it to Toni.

"Together, may I have your mobile number?" Toni said as she took off her helmet.

"For what?" Sherly scrunched her forehead.

"Yes, just to make friends, can you?" the door was a little pushy.

"Yes!" sherly exclaimed and immediately pulled the phone out of her briefcase, they exchanged numbers. Toni threw a smile, she put the helmet back on and then disappeared from there.

Sherly sped up her steps towards Alva's room.

"I'm sorry President, I came a little late" Sherly said, bowing respectfully.

"Not a little, but I've wasted a lot of time waiting for you!" sahut Alva who is impatient to ask about the situation Sherly 6 years ago. Seeing Sherly arrive late leaves her disappointed and undoes her intentions.

"Once again forgive me President!" Sherly repeated her words.

"You I'm the law!"

"Well, it's only 10 seconds late already, how about an hour late?" grunts in the heart.

"But President, I'm only 10 seconds late" Sherly was full of emphasis on the word seconds.

"just 10 seconds you can underestimate, even though 10 seconds is very valuable if you are in a position as a bomb squad. That time count is worth Sherly's? I hope you can remember that! I don't want any employee who's ignoring time." Alva was full of serious looks.

"Okay President" said Sherly flat and did not dare to argue again.

"Followly meeting the man I was so late." her inner self.

"As punishment accompany me to dinner tonight!" resolute Alva, it seems that Alva is planning something to be able to chat alone with him.

"Huh?" Sherly was a little surprised by Alvarendra's overt invitation.

Sherly knows very well what kind of nature Alva is if she is angry, so to avoid her anger she has to accept her invitation.

"Ba-good President." Sherly nodded her head.

"Oh my God, that handsome guy in front of me, especially that smile like an arjuna makes my body melt." Sherly daydreams with a blank stare, until she unknowingly calls out to him repeatedly.

"Sherley!" the call of the umpteenth Alva finally managed to disperse her daydream.

"I-iya President," Sherly becomes misbehaved if too long nearby.

"Located.." Sherly's forehead ended up being the target.

"Aw, sick!" his weakness.

"Don't daydream when your boss is in front of you!"

"I-iya President," Sherly still rubbed her forehead grimacing.

"Come, company X is coming soon, we'd better get to the meeting room now!" take Alva who walks first.

"Why me, how can I like it. I should rather hate him. Yeah, subconsciously that guy took my chastity 6 years ago. Whether it is true or not, I remember Bik Kah telling me that Imel told his sick guest to rest in the guest room. But, how could I go wrong in the guest room?" Sherly remembers her past again, she is doomed to her fate.

"Well, what's the President, I can't hear, I'm sorry I'm replying to a message from my friend." Sherly gets a short message from Toni.

"Ah, forget!" Alva did not continue his sentence.

"Let's be President, repeat your words!" Sherly whining.

"I didn't say anything." Alva cuek with the charm of Sherly made in such a way.
