CHAPTER 11

"Lena!" Reynan tried to chase after Lena with his wheelchair but Lena further accelerated his footsteps. "Lena!" call Reynan again. He did not see any stairs in front of him, causing him to fall down with his wheelchair. He put away the wheelchair with his hands and tried to get up but could not.

"Sir Rey!" cry Vivi when she sees Reynan fall. There was a nurse who helped Reynan back in his wheelchair. "Sir Rey, I told you to wait a minute and not go anywhere."

"I saw Lena."

Vivi looked at Reynan's point of view. He saw someone walking quickly towards the parking lot. Yeah, looks like it's Lena.

Vivi immediately ran after Lena. He seemed to understand Reynan's wishes. He stopped his steps when he saw that Lena had gone riding his motorcycle.

Vivi hit her head herself for feeling stupid. Maybe he'll go after Lena. If Reynan meets with Lena, Reynan will be back with Lena, and of course he does not want that to happen.

Then Vivi walked over to Reynan again. "He's gone. Rey's sister is still thinking about Lena and expecting her back?" vivi asked while pushing Reynan's wheelchair.

Reynan did not answer until they reached the parking lot and Reynan's driver helped him into the car.

Vivi sat next to Reynan and closed the door and the car started to drive away from the hospital.

"Sir Rey, if Lena comes back, will Sister Rey leave me?" ask Vivi. He looked at Reynan who was trying to throw his eyes away.

Reynan remained silent. He looks like he's getting his lower jaw tight. Her heart was raging, she had already made the decision to marry Vivi, it was impossible for her to leave Vivi just like that.

Finally Reynan nodded slowly. "I've decided to marry you, I can't leave you even if I don't have any feelings for you."

Once again Vivi was faced with two feelings, happy and hurt at once. Happy that Reynan will not leave him and heartache that Reynan blatantly admits that he does not have any feelings for her. But a sweet smile bloomed on Vivi's lips. Then he was wriggling on Reynan's sturdy arm.

"Sir Rey, take it easy. I'll definitely make Rey fall in love with me."

Reynan simply fell silent and let Vivi slip spoiled in his arms.

That day, Vivi and Reynan were back in the office as usual. They came together which made some staff staring at their arrival, even some female staff who could be counted with the finger were whispering about the two of them.

All Reynan employees knew that Reynan was going to marry Lena. But suddenly he married Vivi. Rumors quickly circulated in the office that Lena had left Reynan because their boss had been disabled, and Vivi as a replacement so that their extended family is not embarrassed because of the many important invited guests invited.

"Maybe Vivi will be the same Mr. Rey," whispers became more and more after Vivi and Reynan passed.

"It matters a lot of money."

Vivi's hearing was so sharp that she could catch what they said. After driving Reynan into his room, Vivi approached the three women who were still gossiping.

"What are you saying? Do you know how Mr Rey feels? Mr. Rey was devastated by the calamity that had befallen him. But you guys have no sense of empathy at all."

The three women instantly fell silent. She did not dare to go against Vivi because Vivi's current status was the wife of the company's owner.

"You know what about me? I've known Brother Rey since I was a child, my family has also had their own business, why I'm after Kak Rey's treasure."

"Yeah. Pardon us. We won't talk about Mr. Rey and Ms. Vivi anymore."

Vivi snorted in annoyance then she turned her body and collided with Farid.

"It's okay." Farid is now walking beside Vivi. He glanced at Vivi a few times. Actually, she still wouldn't want Vivi to be with Reynan because she knows exactly Reynan doesn't love Vivi. "How does a newlywed feel?"

Vivi just laughed. "Yes that's how." Vivi is now sitting at her desk while Farid is still trying to get Vivi to chat.

"Vivi, there's a lot of work to be done because two days you don't go to the office. I can't help, Mr. Rey's job is also very much. Every day I come home late."

"It's okay, Brother. I'll finish it soon. I'll check the incoming e-mail first."

Farid turned to Vivi's side and bowed her body. He moved the mouse while searching for e-mail. "We check this first, then you print, because later in the afternoon I will meet with Mr. Veri."

Vivi looked at the file while nodding.

Farid turned his eyes away from the computer screen and looked at Vivi. "If you want, later in the afternoon you come with me to see Mr. Veri, I need someone to help me present a new product."

"Why isn't it the same, Rey?"

"For a while, Mr. Rey only worked inside the company, while outside the company, Mr. Rangga has given all the work to me."

Vivi nodded her head. "Okay, I'll say the same to Mr. Rey."

"Let me say."

"Farid!"

The hard grill made Farid and Vivi look at Reynan who was sitting in his wheelchair by the door.

"Yes, sir."

"There's a job we need to get done. Don't talk to yourself there."

Farid nodded his head and he entered Reynan's room. Vivi is now facing each other with Reynan. Implied anger from the look in his eyes. Vivi didn't understand, why was Reynan angry at her?

Vivi just shrugged her shoulders and then she refocused herself on her work.

Reynan now talks about work with Farid. His personal assistant was indeed two years younger than him, but his prowess was worth it, so he entrusted the important project to Farid. Besides being great, he was also very honest.

"Oiya, later in the afternoon I will meet Mr. Veri with Vivi. Did Mr Rey allow it?" ask Farid.

"Vivi? Why the same Vivi?" It feels like Reynan is not willing to let Vivi go with Farid.

"Yes, because one week ago I asked Vivi to meet a client and she was very smart to seduce, I mean the presentation."

Reynan took a deep breath. Okay, she's tied up with Vivi just because of status, so she shouldn't have to hold Vivi back.

"Yes already. But after the meeting, Vivi, you'll drive her home."

"Good, sir." Farid smiled in his heart.
