Old well

his feet ran after his heart sometimes he looked back hoping that the figure called the healer was no longer chasing him.

sweat streaks drenched his face, as well as his clothes that had been soaked with sweat.he occasionally gulped to wet his throat that felt dry. his breathing rose and fell irregularly, a sign that he had run long enough.

"i'm so tired, when can I get out of this forest? from then on it was all the same, only a big tree lined up with no other scenery" said rania who was leaning behind a big tree "even the river was not visible, was I in the deepest forest, too, not even a river I found?" said again.

rania walked back through the trees around her. occasionally her hands rubbed her stomach that felt stifling and painful.maybe because she had not eaten yet thought.

" Aaack"

rania mired into a deep hole, without realizing it her feet stepped on the mouth of an old well whose surface had been covered with twigs and wild plants.

rania rubbed her leg with a long scratch wound, probably due to the root of the plant around the mouth of the old well.

rania looked up in a sitting position and both legs were straight ahead.

" what is this hole? " rania observes its moist and stuffy surroundings.even light from above cannot enter completely.

" is this an old well? how is it possible in the forest there is an old well? stupidly I, can - usually do not see the hole" said rania condemned his stupidity.

" now how do I climb to the top?" rania muttered as she looked to the left and right sides, as if looking for something she could use to go back up.

after a moment of looking around, his eyes were fixed on a tree root protruding on the side of the well hole, his smile slowly rising, he got an idea.

rania approached the left wall, then her feet stepped on the hole in the wall of her hands holding the roots of the tree one by one. Rania managed to climb up to the middle of the well. but suddenly the head of the snake emerged from the hole not far from her hands resting.Rania was shocked and her legs slipped because they could not hold her weight longer.

rania fell back into the old well hole.Rania grimaced with pain in the ankle that seemed to be sprained in addition to her waist which also hurt.

"SEEET.TTT..."

rania sharpened her vision which was difficult to see to the end there, because around her it was dark.the light from above was only able to highlight into the middle of the old well which is now sat on rania.

rania's eyes widened as a pack of snakes approached her, slowly retreating to avoid the pack of snakes.

"Ssttt"

again the same voice was heard from behind, rania turned her head and sure enough, a bunch of snakes came closer towards her.

from the hole above the well also came down the black snakes with yellow stripes on his body.all the gathered snakes drew closer towards rania. rania rushed to stand with a trembling body.

"stop! don't come any closer! or I'll kill you!!" rania snapped trying to pose a threat, although in his own heart he was horrified to see hundreds of snakes around him.

"GLASSES"

rania swallowed her saliva with difficulty, as a cobra stood right in front of her.His tongue sometimes stuck out with the sound of his his hissing.

rania's face was now deathly pale as a snake coiled at her feet.

suddenly his stomach felt cramped and sick, then the snake on his feet slowly took off its twists.

rania's body slid down, feeling powerless. rania sat down by stroking her uncomfortable stomach.

his hands and feet were cold with droplets of sweat falling down his clothes.

rania looked at all the snakes that were now right around her body silently without moving, but all were still staring at her.

" why are you quiet? aren't you guys trying to kill me?" asked rania astonished, suddenly rania got courage out of nowhere and tried to talk to them. Although free to invite to talk, where maybe a snake knows with human language he thought.
