A large mansion that looked luxurious in one of the elite housing looked very quiet, probably because the occupants were only a few people. Several housemaids working in the house were seen chatting near the security post.

"Ah yes okay I'll be there soon, fine." While hanging up his phone Alvaro rushed to the hospital where he worked, the phone was a call from one of the nurses that there was someone in an emergency who had to be operated on that night as well.

Alvaro is a doctor who has certainly been sworn to always be ready in carrying out his duties and obligations to save others. Alvaro is someone who has always been responsible for what he has said, his devotion to the hospital makes him one of the young doctors on rely. His handsome face, good job and responsible figure certainly make him an idol among female nurses or fellow doctors.

Behind the figure of Alvaro who looks perfect is in fact he is still an ordinary man, ordinary men like other humans. His orr love affairs are never as smooth as his work, his attitude and indifferent nature make him look too cold and difficult to overcome.
