Friska's Request

After Ardigo's death, Friska again clasped Vano's hand and squeezed it slowly hoping to channel the power through his grasp

Before long Friska felt a small movement of the tiny hand in her hand, and the longer the movement got stronger. Friska looked at Vano's eyes that had been opened bit by bit. A sense of relief now enveloped his entire heart

"Anything" replied Vano briefly. Friska nodded in understanding and had no intention of forcing him

"Alright, we wait for papa first yes" said Friska softly

Soon a door opened and Ardigo appeared there, approaching Vano and Friska

"Papa's son is up?" tanya Ardigo stood on the side of Vano's bed opposite Friska. Vano simply nodded in return

"Vano is hungry, and he wants to be fed by you" Friska said

"Alright, Vano eat first huh. Papa bribe" said Ardigo who no longer replied to Friska's words

Friska got up from her seat and allowed Ardigo to sit down, while she moved to the sofa

Soon the door opened again and Rini looked worriedly walking into the room. Looks like Ardigo told his parents that

"What's up with Vano, Dig? why is it so sick?" asked Rini who looked very worried about the state of her grandson

"Doctor Vano said he had symptoms of typhoid ma.." Ardigo replied as if. Rini was surprised and drew closer to Vano who was still being fed by the papa

"Is there a pain, honey?" rini asked through every inch of the grandson's body

"There's no oma. Vano was just an upset stomach" replied Vano with his innocent face

"Ekhem.. auntie how are you?" asked Friska who was now standing beside Rini, it seemed that Daritadi Rini was unaware of Friska's presence. Friska is still awkward and more precisely knows herself not to come call Rini with the name 'Mama'

"Eh Friska's here too, mama's healthy. Mama is very surprised to hear the news that Vano is in the hospital" Rini replied after receiving a helping hand from Friska who experienced her.

"Yes aunty, it happened that Friska passed by in front of Vano's school and saw the teachers there were carrying small children, and it turned out that the child was Vano" explained Friska who was adopted by Rini

"Yes ma. Thank you for allowing me to come and call my mom" Friska said with a warm smile

While Ardigo and Vano just stared at the confused two. Vano is confused by what happened, while Ardigo is confused by Friska who always looks sad when with her mother

"Digo, let mama alone feed Vano" said Rini approached towards the child. And Ardigo immediately handed the bowl containing the porridge to Rini's hand

"Mas, can we talk to you for a second?" friska looked at Ardigo. He couldn't possibly summon Ardgo with a 'Pak' in front of Rini. Even though he was a little amused when he mentioned that word. Ardigo was slightly jolted at Friska's new call, but Ardigo was not his name if he could not control the expression on his face

"Hm, come on" she replied, leading Friska out of the room

"Ma, Friska's out for a minute" said Friska

"Yes, dear" Rini smiled back

"What do you want to talk about?" said the handsome man opening his voice. Right now they were standing by a large window that instantly exposed the density of the city

Friska looked nervous and squeezed her fingers before making a sound

"Father heard the doctor's explanation, didn't you?" friska asked who was replied by a nod by Ardigo

"Sir, I-I.."

"I'm not your father Friska! How many times do I have to say? I'm 30 years old, and it's not that old for you to call my father" Ardigo said staring in annoyance at Friska

"Then what should I call?" ask Friska. But Ardigo did not answer his question

"Alright, I'll just call the mas" Friska finally broke off and managed to change a bit of the black aura emitted by the husband

"Mas, just this time I beg you to trust me. Please allow me to cook food for Vano, I swear I never intend to do evil. I can't possibly put poison into my cooking. You hear yourself, Vano can not continue to eat junk food, it is not good for his health.

I didn't mean to teach you, nor did I mean to blame you. I understand that circumstances make you have to do that. I've said no, just think of me as a maid or as Vano's nanny. At least please don't continue to think of me as an evil stranger. I'm not a bad person" Friska said at the end of her sentence.

"I only care about Vano. You can punish me if anything happens with Vano" added Friska with a clear face pleading. Ardigo's heart paled to see the woman before him

Ardigo stared long at Friska with all sorts of thoughts spinning in his head. The woman begged like this only for her son.

There is no harm in trying. Inner Ardigo

"All right, I'll keep your promise. I will not stay silent if something happens with Vano" said Ardigo staring at Friska sharp who was instead reciprocated by an enthusiastic nod by Friska. After that, they went back into Vano's room

"Mama want me to drive you home? my mom is tired. Let me and Friska keep Vano here" Ardigo told Rini, as time has now shown at 6 p.m.

"You're okay mama's staying? or will you come back here with papa tonight?" tawar Rini who was slackened by the child

"No need ma, it's better to accompany papa at home. Poor papa, will be exhausted if you have to come back later after work. Please tell her that her grandson is fine, so that papa is not anxious. Vano is just waiting for his recovery time" said Ardigo slowly afraid to wake up Vano who was sleeping

"All right then. Mama picked up Deni sir, you accompany Friska here. Don't be left alone" said Rini who was replied by a lazy nod by Ardigo

"Remember Digo, be nice to your wife. Mama does not want to hear later if your daughter-in-law is hurt because of your actions" said Rini firmly to the eldest son

"Yes ma, yes" replied Ardigo as if

"Friska, mama go home first, son. Mama tipped Vano and Digo yes, please take care of them for mama" said Rini while hugging Friska dear. To her, Friska already considered her like her own child. Despite only getting to know Friska for a few days, she somehow feels sure Friska is the perfect companion for Ardigo. I don't know, maybe this is what's called a mother's feeling.

"The pain is only Vano ma, why am I being entrusted" said Ardigo lazily

"Silent you are Digo" Rini's successful sergeant leaves Ardigo speechless. It certainly makes Friska want to laugh but held back, the article Ardigo who usually looks cold, indifferent, and seems arrogant now can not even dwell once it gets spray from Rini

"Yes ma, definitely. Mama be careful on the road, greetings to papa" Friska replied smiling. Friska is lucky to know and have a figure of in-laws like Rini, she feels back to having a mother. Well, at least that's the only thing she's grateful for in this marriage. Marriage that makes her know a motherly figure like Rini. If the time of their divorce will come, Friska Hope Rini does not forget it.

"Yes dear" replied Rini gently and then out with ushered by Ardigo down to wait for her family driver to come
