Max goes to Diana's desk to tell her firsthand that she's actually going to propose to Diana next week.
"So you really want to propose to me next week, Baby?" diana asked Max between joy and doubt.
"Yes, we got married" Max said casually.
"Isn't it too soon?" ask Diana again
"Yes no, Baby. We are the same adults. It's time to get married, get married, have kids" Max said enthusiastically, his eyes sparkling as if he was very happy to imagine all that.
"Are you happy?" diana's great-grandson then.
"Yes dong, you're my happiness" Max answered enthusiastically and somehow Diana's feelings warmed to Max's response.

While Melissa, since then she can only be a silent spectator watching her best friend and boyfriend. Either they forget that there is still Melissa there or they do not care about her existence.

"Don't be so nervous, just tell me what you want" Alan was wide-eyed because Melissa knew she was nervous.
"Papa... I mean Daddy, Daddy wants to see you" said Alan doubtful who made Melissa's forehead immediately wrinkle.
"Daddy, you want to see me? Why?" Screeched Melissa
"Yes because you're my boyfriend" Alan replied, which made Melissa glower in surprise.
"You told your Papa about our relationship?" melissa shouted annoyed, she did not even care if anyone heard her screams.
"No, but Daddy knows himself." replied Alan in self-defense.
"Where might she know for herself, you think she's an angel" Melissa harrumphed.
"Yes, if you don't believe. Just ask Daddy tonight, I'll pick you up at 7"
