S3E6 Loss of evidence (part 2)

*Halalic restaurant

Yuki apparently took Maulana to a Maulana restaurant in the vicinity of South Chiyoda, and this place serves halal food.

"This?" Maulana was surprised

"We eat here, right?" Yuki invited Maulana in

"Wait on! Waitaminute! Waitaminute! You brought me here, what's wrong?" ask Maulana

"Later in our discussion, we order a meal first." Yuki held Maulana's hand

"~Irrasyamase~" said two chefs serving customers

"Eh? Maulana-kun?" one of the chefs recognized Maulana

"Good afternoon, Michiko-san! Hirata-san!" maulana

"Who? This time you're not alone?" ask Michiko

"This lady who yesterday ordered one table for two people, her name is Miss Hasegawa Yuki" Kawada said

"You come here often?" yuki asked Maulana

"I used to eat here, I often come here if there is more pocket money than my father" said Maulana

"Good! If so, tell me the best-selling food in this restaurant." said Yuki

"You should sit down first, then let me record your order." said Kawada

"Suddenly you came to us?" Maulana was surprised

"Specifically for Maulana and her boyfriend, today I will be your servant" Kawada said as he prepared the menu

Maulana and Yuki walk to the table that Yuki ordered yesterday afternoon, Kawada then comes with a menu book and notes.

"Alright Maulana-kun! What do you want to order?" ask Kawada

"I am as usual yes, rice tempura 🍤 and water" replied Maulana

"Well, if Miss Hasegawa?" switch to Yuki

"I ordered Maulana, but I want to drink matcha 🍵" replied Yuki

"Alright, the order will be delivered soon. Please wait for ya." Kawada meets Michiko to prepare food and drinks

Maulana looked back at Yuki

"So.. is there something you want to talk about?"

"While waiting for food, I'll explain something" Yuki said

"It is better to go directly to the problem" said Maulana briefly

"I want to ask you about Hikari, you know her, right?" The question Maulana hated came up

"Why? Why are you talking about him? What do you want to know about him?" Maulana turned around to ask

"What's wrong, I just want to know one thing. How can this Maulana Uchida or Gunawan beprutar in the mind of an idol Hikari Sakamoto?" Yuki smiled after asking

"If my answer is bad news, do you want to hear it? In fact, if it hurts your feelings." Maulana thought of the right word to answer

The atmosphere immediately turned silent, both Maulana and Yuki did not speak at all and immediately ate the food.

Kawada and Michiko are only watching Maulana and Yuki from afar, but they realize something is up.

"They don't look at each other, they eat right away" Kawada said

"Yes, the atmosphere changed. Is there something about the food?" Michiko was curious

"Why do we talk about food, it just came." Kawada is upset by Michiko's statement

The quiet atmosphere enveloped Maulana and Yuki in the restaurant, it seemed that this would last until they came home.

*Furuhashi House

Rio and Taguchi seem to be carrying out their eye-to-eye mission which Maulana and Mizuki, Misaki and Taro ordered to greet them with food.

"Welcome to Rio, Taguchi!" taro

"Yes, we came just wanted to play with you Taro!" rio

"I'll get the drinks ready, you guys just have a chat with my brother." Misaki walked towards the kitchen

"So...?" Taro looked at the two

"After school, I was actually going to ask you about the evidence Misaki found!" taguchi

"I'm sure the item is still here, so we intend to bring it" Rio said

Taro looks at Misaki who is still busy in the kitchen, not knowing what he will think.

"That thing Misaki dumped yesterday, so I can't do much while Misaki's at home."

"How is this?" Rio looked at Taguchi

"Let's see, you guys keep Misaki busy. I'm going to go to the toilet and look around the washing machine" Taguchi said

"After that, I will inform Maulana and Mizuki" Rio said

"Geeh!!" said Misaki

"Eh.. Misaki. hehehe" Rio said.

Misaki brings tea to Taguchi and Rio, then to Taro of course melon syrup.

"Misaki Ahh! I'm gonna go to the toilet, okay?" ask Taguchi

"Oh sure, you know where the toilet is?" Misaki looks weak

"Yes." Yeah." Taguchi got out of the chair and went to the toilet

Rio noticed Misaki's strange movements, Misaki seemed very unwell.

"Misaki, what's wrong with you? How do you look so limp? Though Taro is a tough sport today."

Misaki realized that, then looked for answers.

"Well, I'm doing laundry, washing dishes, cleaning the house, too. That's why I'm tired."

*Toilet

Taguchi tried to search around the toilet and the trash can near the washing machine, but found nothing there.

"How's this? I haven't found anything so far, it would be very slow of our movement if it continued like this." Taguchi picked up the phone and sent a message to Maulana

"I can't find anything here, is it possible that it's been wasted with Misaki's trash? What's the next step?"

Maulana who had finished eating with Yuki immediately reached into her pocket and saw the incoming message.

"Hmm? A message from who, Maulana?" ask Yuki

"Hem? Oh, a message from Taguchi." replied Maulana

Yuki refocused on her food, Maulana read and replied to Taguchi's message.

"Have you been anywhere? Try trying!"

Taguchi fell silent and thought for the next step.

"May I have to stay over?" for a moment, a message appeared on Taguchi's phone

"Taguchi, can you take me to the airport tonight? Mama and I are leaving for Taiwan tonight, for a family meeting."

Message from her sister, Yamada Yui

"What's? How's this...?" Taguchi spun brains while Rio and Taro chatter came to a halt

In the living room, Taro and Rio were no longer able to talk as they ran out of topics with Misaki.

"Eh? Just a second..." Rio stared at the mobile screen, there was an incoming message from his father

"Rio are you on your way home? I want to get you to the city center, we need to meet up today who just gave birth to her first child."

Rio racked his brain while looking around, he and Taguchi were forced to go home due to their respective affairs.

"What's Rio?" ask Taro

Taguchi walked out of the toilet and immediately took Rio home.

"I'm sorry, I think I should go home on a sudden errand." Taguchi asked Rio to get up from the chair

"Yes, I also have to go home quickly now. Sorry, I had to go home." Rio said

"Oh well then, be careful on the road" said Misaki

"Then we'll excuse you, till tomorrow Taro!" Rio and Taguchi immediately walked to the exit and went away from the Furuhashi residence

Taguchi replied to Maulana's message

"I'm sorry, but today's mission seems to have failed. I have to take my mother and sister away, Rio also has family business. So can we go on later?"

*restaurant

Maulana and Yuki finished eating and called Kawada to ask for food bills, they decided to pay each one.

"God-san! Please charge it." said Maulana

"I'll take you home, I'll wait outside. I'm sure you still need to be here." Yuki got up from the chair and walked out "Oh yeah, thanks for the food."

"Yes, the same - Miss Hasegawa" said Kawada

Maulana got up and immediately said goodbye to Kawada.

"I have to go straight home, so thank you for the food."

"Eh why is that?" Kawada was surprised

"I'll excuse you, see you all." Maulana bowed then chased after Yuki

Kawada and Michiko are amazed by what happened to Maulana and Yuki, it seems that the chatter changed the mood of the two.

Outside, Yuki and Maulana get into the car and talk about everything in the car on the way home.

"Yuki, why are you silent after hearing the explanation about Hikari?" ask Maulana

"Hemm? It's okay, I'm just surprised to hear an answer from you" Yuki said with a lowered head

"I told you, right? If this could shake your heart and be bad news, but you insist on asking for answers" Maulana said

"You don't have to feel guilty like that, it's not your fault." Yuki looked at Maulana with a smile, but there were tears drenching her cheeks

Maulana tries to clean the tears on Yuki's cheeks, before Yuki gently brushes Maulana's hand.

Misaki is seen taking out the trash she collected since yesterday, she often takes out the trash at night so as not to bother taking it out in the morning tomorrow.

"If it wasn't for that lazy Taro, I'd be in bed by now." Misaki immediately went into the house after taking out the trash

"Hufft is at this hour! After washing my hands, I go to sleep." Misaki immediately went up to the 2nd floor

The door was locked and Taro could not get out easily, he just watched from the window to see where Misaki put the trash.

"I'll remember!" as he was about to close the window cloth, he saw someone approaching Misaki's trash pile and took something inside

This mysterious man carries the handle of Misaki's invention knife, he tries to take the handle with gloves so that fingerprints are not left behind.
