Chapter 43. Checking Situation

Rein himself seemed happy to know his father-in-law liked him. Even for just a moment, Rein went back to silence and wanted to ask about Randall's arrival at the Moon House. "I thought you'd come with Mama-in-Law, so Papa just wanted to see me?." Rein asked in a usual manner.

Sipping on Griss's tea, Randall continued to watch as someone placed the other cup toward Rein. Looking at Fara who was already wearing a maid outfit, it seemed that Randall's eyes continued to switch eyes several times. When he saw Rein who looked so familiar with one of his female servants.

"Rein, Papa wants to talk to you about a few things, but not here. For the time and place, papa chat you" said Randall who certainly knows some things in the Moon House, where Randall himself knows the behavior of his father-in-law, his grandfather Orgami Basura. Not wanting to be suspicious of anything, with the natural attitude of a man-in-law with his son-in-law. Randall gives Rein a small note, which is given directly along with the ignition key of the motor he carries.

"It just so happens that papa just wants to know your development with Arumi. You must have been having a hard time, right?" ask Randall who saw Rein keep the records given.

Rein is stunned when Randall talks about Arumi, while looking and looking at Randall's face several times. Rein seemed to understand what his father-in-law was saying. "Not really, maybe I'll get used to it." Reply to Rein later while turning off his cigarette.

"You're a really good guy Rein, well papa won't discuss your marriage, just don't let it hold you back." While sipping his tea, Randall just wanted to look at the Moon House.

Surely they both know the task, while walking along Rein and Randall go to the front yard. Where a red Nobcar motorcycle stands gallantly. Rein was stunned with wide eyes. Seeing a new motorcycle in red and a full face helmet lying in the motorcycle seat.

"How about you try?, all you papa want to go home too?" said Randall who several times threw his car keys and prepared to leave.

"Alright, I'll try this afternoon as well" Rein said looking at Fara and Griss while saying a few things.

"Tonight maybe I'll be home late, if Arumi asks me where I am. Just tell me, I'm in college in the afternoon." Clearly Rein knew that Arumi might ask him.

"Well Mr. Rein" said Fara and Griss at the same time, and they also knew they had to behave.

On the way to a place, where Randall parted ways with Rein who went to the turn towards another direction. "Pa, yes. Be careful on the road" said Rein nodding his head, separating.

"Okay Rein, you're careful too" Reply Randall who closes the car window and sees Rein instantly adding speed.

"So remember the youth."

Riding a motorcycle with a red jacket, in rhythm with the color of the motor. Rein paused for a moment when he saw several ambulance cars coming from behind. As a good citizen, of course Rein knows which one to put first. Even though the road around the forest looks lonely. Looking with translucent eyes the bones were magnified several times over. Rein continued to stare at the two people who were the hospital attendants.

Continuing to look at the ambulance as if it was heading to the same location, Rein tried to follow the ambulance. "Because of the impact of the Meteor, was anyone injured?."

"I think yesterday's Meteor Shower didn't make a public scene. Even like no one knows that there was a Meteor shower last night." Said Rein put the bike back on.

Arriving at the location, Rein himself chose not to get too close to hide his motorbike. While preparing to jump towards a tree in the pine forest. Rein's eyes looked up from a high altitude, where there were several police cars investigating a small crater from the meteor ball. "They're still here, so I can't get close." Thought Rein who was looking with his eyes enlarged.

Which is where his eyes can see more closely some people who are talking about what they found. At first glance Rein saw someone who was carrying a clear plastic with some strange eggshells that had been broken and had a white color like eggs in general.

"What is an egg shell?" rein asked curiously, and tried to take a close look at the location of the Meteor crater.

Sneaking out and remaining hidden, Rein heard the sound of someone's conversation who had been researching the Meteor ball and some eggshells found. "It's not a fowl egg, but if you look back at the shell fragments it resembles an Ant's egg." Said a researcher who came with the police. "I'd better check this out in the lab. As for the result, it is not yet certain. Whether the ball is an ant's nest or some kind of insect's nest from space."

"All right, we get it. Please help." Said a policeman who was watching the scene. Where a crater is formed like a large basketball court that forms a formless circle.

While looking at several cases that occurred simultaneously, a policeman was receiving a call from someone. "Yes, for the killer taxi driver case, we're going to investigate. After all, his death was unnatural." Said a policeman closing the call.

"Either what happened last night, even the government has not confirmed the meteor shower. Strangely enough, the meteor is not of this world. But we saw the shards, it felt weird. Even the people living around this area did not feel the impact. Thankfully no one died because of this." While asking some of his subordinates to stay on guard, a police officer reentered his car.

And Rein himself while waiting for the night to come, was currently trying to get closer to where the police officer was resting. "Great, I'd be a suspect like this. Even if I explain, they won't believe it either." Rein grumbled in an instant to pick up some documents inside the police officer's car. Examining some reports, Rein finds a murder case document containing a taxi driver.

"If it is like this, we will also be found for a long time. Anyway, both I, Nina and Rina were in the cab." Looking at some other documents, Rein who was currently crouching near the police officer's car was instantly shocked when someone's hand hit his shoulder.

"Hey, young man. What are you doing again?" asked a subordinate of a police officer who Rein didn't feel his heartbeat.
