"There's no reason for me to delay opening the veil of truth" Adnan replied with a flat, cold face.

"But Mas.hiks..." Septi tried to deny that Adnan would stop talking, fearing that others would hear what Adnan was talking about.

"No word but, Septi. You've hurt my family enough. Rizky has every right to know who his biological father is. I know you're still trying to see me. I don't know what your purpose is. If you want me to take responsibility for Rizki's life, you've got the wrong address." Follow Adnan while giving a sharp look at Alex.

"Forget your dreams of marrying one of my sisters, other than they already have a family. You're a man who doesn't deserve to be with one of my sisters. God is so kind as not to make one of my sisters mate with an irresponsible man like you." Adnan said to Alex who then left Alex just like that, without waiting for a response or reply from his words that so hurt his interlocutor.

After the Adnan family left, Alex reached out his hand to Septi.

"Wakeup! Don't keep on being sad! Everyone's leaving, not gonna be together forever." Alex said with his cold face.

"I can do it myself. You better just go. I will not burden your life nor be a burden in your life." Septi said with his tears still flowing.

"Yes, you are not burdensome to my life, nor a burden to my life, but you are a burden to others, so that others burdened by you, hate you so deeply." Reply Alex.

"Whatever you say, give me my son." Said Septi who wanted to take his son in Alex's sling.

"He's not only your son but he's also my son. He'll come with me from today." Alex said while removing the hand of Septi who wanted to take Rizki from him.

"You can't just take my son, Alex." Septi who is still trying to take Rizki from Alex's sling.

"Of course I could be his biological father, I wouldn't let my son live in distress. I've known the economic hardships your family faced, leading to the deaths of your parents today." Reply Alex who chose to leave Septi who was silent lay there.

Just a few steps Alex stepped. Alex never left Septi alone. Alex turned his body and called the woman who had given birth to his son into this world.

"Do you still want to be there, it's getting darker fast! You don't have anyone but us." Alex's strangulation awakens Septi from his daydream.

Yep. Septi was daydreaming of his fate after this. His extended family was unlikely to lend a hand to him as well as his son. If only his extended family had reached out to his family, surely both of Septi's parents would still be alive today.

Last night, Septi's parents ended their lives by gulping down the floor cleaning fluid. They are depressed because they continue to be visited by the bank and continue to collect endless debts on them. They had tried to find reinforcements to cover their debts, but none of their family or acquaintances would help them with their debts.

With a staggering step Septi who had not eaten from last night approached the burly body of Alex who was carrying his son. Unfortunately, when one more step he approached Alex and his son suddenly Septi's body fell.

Seeing Mommy's song pass out, Rizki cries.

"Shut up, boy, don't cry! Riski can walk alone hum?"

Rizky answered Alex's question by nodding her head, crying in a voice that was not as loud as the first time she saw Mommy fall.

"Goodle. If Rizki can walk on her own. Daddy's gonna take your Mommy to Daddy's car. Walk behind Daddy and watch your footsteps, ok!" Alex said as he lowered his son from his sling.

Alex then carries Septi and takes him to the car. He looked back at his son who was walking behind him. It took an extra struggle to get Septi unconscious into the car.

When you are near the car. Alex asks his son's rock to open the door of his car. Rizky who is smart and familiar with car keys also understands the orders given by Alex.

"Daddy is my Mommy gonna be okay?" Rizky asked Alex, who was starting her car.

"Rizky trusts Daddy? Daddy's a Doctor, and Daddy's been checking on your Mommy. Your mommy's okay. He's just exhausted." Answer Alex who stuck the face of the son.

Alex felt very guilty in his heart. For abandoning her son all this time. He felt like he was the most selfish person in the world. In his mind now, he wants to atone for that guilt by lovingly raising Rizki with or without Septi as his future wife.

Alex doesn't care if his parents are going to get angry and remove his name from the family list. Because her son needs her so much.

Alex takes Septi and his son back to his apartment. When he arrived at the apartment, Septi was not yet conscious. Alex asks Rizky to take care of Septi for a while, as he wants to leave them to buy medicine, intravenous fluids and also food for them.

In a hurry Alex left his apartment, it didn't take long to buy all the things he needed. Alex went back to his apartment.

Alex's heart is touched when he sees Rizky falling asleep while guarding the unconscious Septi. His son fell asleep while hugging Septi's weakly lying body.

Soon Alex put the infusion fluid in Septi's hands.

"Return back and get back to health because our son needs you so much." Said Alex when putting the infusion liquid in Septi's hand.

While waiting for Septi and also his son to wake up. Alex prepares a meal for them to eat together later.

An hour passed by and Septi woke up, again observing the surroundings of the room that was familiar to him.

"I'm here again." Septi's great-grandson when he finds himself back in Alex's apartment room.

"You awake?" Alex asked as he entered the room.

"Yes, I'm awake. Thanks for your help." Answer Septi with a weak tone of speech.

"Hmmm... Now what do you feel. Are you dizzy?" Alex asked like a doctor in general, asking the condition of his patients who had just realized.

"No I'm not dizzy."

"Wait a minute I'll get you some food. I know you haven't eaten since last night." said Alex, who then came back out of his room.

"Alex doesn't need to, I'll eat after I get home later," Septi who rejects the kindness Alex gave him.

"You don't need to be confused and misunderstood. I'm not doing good to you because I have a taste for you. I'm doing good to you because you're the mother of my son." Reply Alex as her steps come to a halt in the doorway.

The deg! Nyess!

It felt like the words Septi heard from Alex's mouth were so painful. Alex blatantly says, if he helps her it's not because he has a taste with Septi. But because Septi was the mother of his son. That means Alex has no sense in him.
