While elsewhere Mama Renita was sickly after being left by Vitalia to Indonesia. And for now the Hirata family decided to return to Japan with Mirna considering the condition of Mama Renita which is getting worse and worse.

After Mirna Feriska's departure, Amelia opened her voice by saying, "I hope Daddy can understand what Mirna said" she said and left the Daddy to go into the room, accompany the mother along with her step-sister.

On the other hand, Vitalia is now doing surgery on patients who have wounds on the abdomen due to knife. Vitalia painstakingly sewed the injured part. After half an hour, the operation was finally completed.

Vitalia immediately instructs other medical personnel to add blood bags to the patient. "Sus, prepare a bag of blood for this mother! And after this just move it to his room!" he told one of the nurses.

"Well doc.." replied the nurse, bowing her body, following orders from Vitalia, who was disguised as Thalia.

While Vitalia who has now completed the operation immediately out of the room headed to his room to clean up.

But when Vitalia came out of the operating room, he forgot not to wear his mole again on his chin and as a result when he removed the mask, without realizing there was someone who saw it from a distance.

"Amelia .." said a middle-aged man who works as a doctor stopped his steps immediately because he saw a young doctor who he thought was Amelia. While Vitalia had already stepped her feet away towards her room.

On the other hand, the middle-aged doctor who saw Vitalia had gone to the medical room, because he wanted to confirm the truth of what he had seen.

He decided to return to practice as a doctor at the hospital because he thought by working again as a doctor, he would quickly find his daughter who he said was in Indonesia. It's been one week he hasn't heard from his daughter.

But in reality he instead met a doctor who at a glance from a distance very similar to his daughter Amelia. He thought that what he saw was Amelia.

"What's the matter, Gab? Do you want to see him?" ask the doctor named Hari.

"Ehhmm, no, it's just that I saw one of the doctors here, he looks a lot like my daughter?" doctor Gabby answered, turning around.

"Maybe you saw Gab wrong" said Doctor Hari with a smile.

"Maybe, but it's weird." replied Gabby.

"Well, if you have any doubts, just meet him, it just so happens that he's done operating on his patients too." said Hari told Gabby's doctor to see Dr. Thalia.

Instead of answering Hari's doctor's orders, Gabby's doctor was surprised to hear them.

"What? So it was right that he came out of the operating room earlier was.." Gabby's doctor did not finish answering him, Hari doctor also cut him by saying, "Yes, he's the genius doctor I meant earlier.." said Dr. Hari answered questions from Dr. Gabby.
