Bruum... Bruum.... Bruuuuum...!
The sound of a vehicle engine entering the underground parking area.
After a few seconds, seen super sports car Bentley passed in front of several men who had been in the place since, then stopped completely in a special parking lot.
Several pairs of eyes watched as the car door opened, then a man wearing a driver uniform came out and half ran around the car to reach the door in the passenger section.
When the door was opened, it now appeared glittering leather shoes were stretched out followed by the figure of a young man wearing a black Armani blazer stelan, wearing sunglasses, with a bow tie coming out of the sports car.
A glance of the young man who had just got out of the car swept his gaze towards them. There was no expression on his face. It cannot be said to be arrogant or friendly. The face was flat without emotion.
A woman of about 25 years of age approached the young man, then respectfully said, "Young master Namora,"
"Who are those six?" Asked the young man who was none other than Namora.
"They are shareholders in our company," the woman replied still maintaining a respectful attitude.
"Hmmm. Take me to the meeting room!"
"Please get through here, young master!" The woman said as she pointed the way to the elevator door.
Namora didn't say hello to anyone. For him he does not need to feel condolence or give false hospitality. Because the purpose is clear. That is, want to know their original color. And when the time comes, he will get rid of the thorns in this company. Because if they are not removed immediately, they can become a virus that will be dangerous for Martins Group.
Life stopped and the door opened. From inside, Namora stepped out while being accompanied by the woman earlier. Looks like this woman is a secretary if judged by her way and attitude towards Namora.
"Have they arrived long ago?" Tanya Namora refers to the shareholders.
"Not yet, young master. It's only been about five minutes" replied the secretary.
Namora pondered their attitude and way of looking at her. It seemed that these people were looking at him with one eye. There was doubt in their eyes. That was why they were still standing there and did not take the initiative to wait for Namora to arrive early in the meeting room.
Namora realized this. He is not stupid to judge someone. Moreover, these shareholders. Since the beginning they did not show respect for him who owns 70% shares and serves as CEO.
"Has it been this bad the guys in the Martins Group have been?" Namora muttered as to herself. I want him to immediately make a revolution within the company. However, his position was still unstable. So, if he had to give up, he would give up first before giving them a surprise.
Namora stepped into the meeting room when the secretary opened the door for her.
Inside, he saw that some of the papers were already neatly arranged. There are also bottles of mineral drinks there.
As soon as Namora sat down, the female secretary immediately put the laptop in front of Namora while giving a brief guide, then stood right beside her.
One minute, five minutes, ten minutes, twenty minutes Namora waited. However, it seemed like everyone still had not entered the room.
Namora's starting to get a little riled up. However, he tried to remain calm because he had previously predicted that he would get this kind of opposition.
Namora tapped on the table with her index finger.
Just when the third knock, the door of the room began to knock followed by several middle-aged men entering the room.
Once inside, without further ado, they sat down, then looked seriously at Namora.
"Are Miss Aline and Mr Burhan not taking part in this meeting?" Ask Namora to the secretary.
"Miss Aline has nothing to do with Martins Group. He's just here to see what you look like, young master. While Mr. Burhan, he is a legal authority in the company. Later if the word agreement is taken, then he will attend a meeting to confirm the agreement and deal with the notary for the management of the deed," the secretary replied.
"Alright," Namora nodded slowly.
"Is everything here?" Namora asked while noticing that there were no more empty seats. He noticed that Hendro and Udin were also there as 5% shareholders to represent his uncles.
Everyone nodded, then waited quietly for what Namora would say.
"good. My name is Namora Habonaran. Son of Tigor Habonaran, Chairman of the company. Here, I as CEO and majority shareholder took the initiative to hold this meeting to discuss the work in the company, and the next steps we will take in the future,"
Finished saying, Namora looked towards them. But still no response. This made Namora feel like turning the table so that this meeting would soon fall apart.
"As shareholders, none of you want to ask what steps I will take in the future for the company? Or are you too comfortable just taking advantage of your shares after the company has made a profit?" Namora noticed a slight change in their faces. It's just, it's just a quick glance.
"Bosses. We entrust you to take this company in the direction you want it to go. We believe that you can do it" said someone. However, this person is not a shareholder, but the head of public relations.
"Morah. Did you have any ideas until you held this meeting?" Udin, who was sitting not far from the head seat started asking questions.
"A good question. I liked. It turns out that some people are already too comfortable and it makes their way of thinking become blunt. I can't tell if it's dullness in thinking, or too comfortable tasting the results of other people's efforts" Namora stood back up, then continued. "I got a leak from some government-owned company that will open a project tender. So far, there are three projects that will be at auction. First, there is a dock construction project on the coral cape. The second, the construction of a high way that will connect from the city of Dolok ginjang, to the city of L. And lastly, the development of oil palm factories in the city of Rantau.
These three projects are quite important for our company considering that lately we have always failed in getting any project contested. I don't know where we're lacking in convincing the project owner that the project is constantly being won by other companies. And most of it is always won by Agro Financial Group. Can anyone explain it to me?" Ask Namora.
Hearing this question, some of them stared at each other. But still no comment came out of their mouths.
