kiyara finds her sister to ask her to buy her her favorite ice cream.
"Ka Tian Aya want to buy strawberry-flavored ice cream you can ya." said kiyara on Septian.
Septian did not listen to what kiyara told him he still remembered what Reyhan's doctor said to him who kept spinning in his mind.until kiyara who patted Septian's back and he just woke up like he had just returned from another dimension.

Septian went to give his sister her favorite ice cream and asked each of his guards to take good care of his sister.
Septian arrived at the ice cream shop not far from the hospital, he immediately ordered some ice cream and some cakes for him to give to his sister and bodyguards.
Septian returned to the hospital after getting everything that his beloved sister asked for and he immediately gave it to his sister and her bodyguard.
"It's strawberry ice cream and Aya's favorite cake." Septian said to Kiyara
kiyara immediately asked her brother if he could eat his favorite cakes and ice cream, when he was sick.
"Ka Tian Aya can eat all this." Kiyara said to Septian.
"May my dear you may eat, all this but not much should be with enough portions." said Septian explained to his sister.
kiyara nodded her head in understanding what Septian explained to her. She continued to eat, the food Septian bought for her.
"Delayed yes." Septian said to kiyara.

Chacha and Dimas are gathering at a coffee shop in front of the hospital, as today is a holiday they intend to visit Dinda his best friend because Julian can't come with them, so they're just the two of them right now.
