CHAPTER 1: BATTERED

"Tok tok tok"

The door was knocked down loudly. Developing Athur Demetrio (27 Years) from sleep. His head was still dizzy from downing wine last night. Lazily, he stood up.

In order to get to the door, bottles and a few packets of snacks were scattered, he removed with his feet. Cigarette ash and plastic instant noodles, which were scattered on the floor, were stepped on just like that.

Receiving the fist, he staggered backwards. Then came another kick, landing right in the heart. Arthur fell backward a few meters. The two men then beat him up simultaneously.

"Sorry, forgive me, for goodness." Arthur shouted many times while pleading and holding his second leg. But they don't bully him.

"Because of you, we sprayed the bosses on the canal"

"Over the month we've had the sap. It's smart you ran away." Said the man expressing his frustration. While beating up Arthur nonstop.

After they were satisfied, they finally stopped. Arthur's face was completely shattered, his body bruised and torn here and there.

"Here's your thumb." A man named Richard holds Arthur's thumb. It was then forcefully removed and applied to the wound on his lips. While the other thug took out two pieces of paper. The two papers were then spiked with blood from Arthur's thumb.

"To our task is done, hereby you have agreed." Said the thug holding the paper, while throwing his sheet at Arthur.

After that, they just left.

The battered Arthur tried to get up, but his entire body ached unwilling to move. Finally he just settles down there, complaining of pain.

About an hour later, he tried to wake up. This time he managed to sit down and then leaned against the wall. He stared at the room nanar that was originally a mess, now became more messy with blood everywhere.

"First my life." Arthur thought while enduring the pain in his body. Then his eyes glanced towards the leftover drink bottle last night.

"Maybe with this can be a little treat." Thought Arthur.

"Gluk glucoses arrghhh." His mouth sighed, laced with a few sips of wine.

As soon as the drink was finished getting into the stomach, his eyes accidentally turned to the paper the thug had thrown.

With this the first party (Arthur Demetrio) promises to the second party (Richard Hamington) :

1. Pay 100 million in debt and interest within 30 days of the agreement.

2. The first party gives up valuable economic assets as well as vital parts of its body (heart, spinal cord and kidneys) as a substitute if the first party fails to meet the first point.

Thus the letter of this agreement was made and approved by both parties with a state of awareness and without any coercion of anyone on a legal stamp.

Arthur's heart was beating so fast that it felt like it was coming off, as soon as he finished reading.
