Throughout the journey Steve thought hard what sentence he would say to Mami. Although Steve knew Papi had said whatever religion he had to obey his God, he was still confused where to start.

"Mommy, after the hospital can accompany Steve to the boarding school?" ask Steve to Mommy carefully.

"Pesantren? do you want to have a social service, honey?" ask Regina a little wonder.

"Mommy. Steve is serious about the religion of Islam." replied Steve as it is.

"You're like Papi, always curious." Regina chuckles, he thinks Steve is like Mario who is a hobby of reading, Mario also read some religious books in Indonesia, just curious.

"No Mami, I'm different."

"You mean, Steve?"

"Mommy don't be mad, Please let me be a Muslim." Steve's voice was a little quivering, he shouldn't have spoken in the car like this. What if Mama is hysterical? Steve was scared.

"Steve, are you serious?" Regina looked in disbelief.

"Are you in love with a Muslim woman?" ask Regina suspiciously. Steve nodded his head.

"So that's why you're interested in being Muslim, if you are, then I don't think it's a good decision. You better forget your wish." Regina looked calm, her reaction was not what Steve had imagined, but her eyes were glazed over.

"It's not because of Lembayung, Mami" replied Steve keceplosan called the name Lembayung, making Regina grew surprised.

"Dash? the Muslim girl you mean is Ayu? Steve do you realize that Lembayung has been betrothed to your best friend, Romi? Mami and Papi's best friend's son too. Don't be crazy Steve." Regina started to get emotional, Steve took a deep breath.

"Mommy, let's not talk about Ayu just yet. Now that I want to become a Muslim, can Mami accept it?" ask Steve to Mommy.

"If it is the desire of your heart, Mami is sincere as long as you obey religion. But if it's just because you're in love with Ayu, you better forget it." Regina told Steve, her tears flowed again, is this really sincere God? why is it so sad, inner Regina.

"It's not because of Ayu, Steve wants to be a Muslim at Steve's own will. It's been since childhood, purely from my little heart, Mami. Isn't Opa's sister also Muslim? we are always scattered to the house of Oma Lani, always this heart vibrates if you hear the Adhan or the sound of Oma Lani teaching." Steve was crying."

"Steve's street, Mami wants to get home fast." Regina wiped her tears with tissue. Steve no longer said a single word, it seemed like Mami needed some time to calm down. Usually when you cry there are things that you can't say with words. What's on my mind right now? Steve got confused himself, sorry? of course not, sooner or later he has to be honest with Mami and Papi, even with their extended family.

When he arrived home, when he got off the Regina's car that had fallen unconscious, Steve was very panicked made, no one around the house, the streets seemed lonely, and the, steve took his mother to a nearby hospital. After Mami is treated by a new doctor Steve contacts Mario to convey what happened.

"How is Mommy's condition right now? soon Papi follows." said Mario via phone, was okay why suddenly fainted? Mario is confused.

"Yes Papi, Mami is still in the ER." Steve did not dare to tell the cause of his stings Mami, he knows for sure, this is because of what Steve said in the car earlier.

"Do a thorough check, Steve." Mario orders his son.

"Yes, Pi." replied Steve weakly, as if he had no bones at the moment.

"Do you have to take care of Mommy?" ask Mario.

"Not yet, Pi. Still in the screening." Steve replied to his Papa.

"Well, Papi is ten minutes away, report on his progress" Mario said, ending his phone call.

"How's doctor?" steve asked the doctor who examined Regina.

"The condition is good, only the stomach is empty so that stomach acid increases. While we give the infusion to increase energy and we have been injected also for the stomach." replied the doctor explained.

"Aware?" steve asked again because he couldn't get in when Regina was dealt with.

"Already, please look." the doctor smiled kindly at Steve.

"Mommy's done? Mami hasn't eaten yet? I'm sorry Steve Mami added to Mami's mind burden." Steve who was sitting on the side of the hospital bed kissed Regina's hand.

"Steve, you'd better start living in Opa's house. Please do not see Lembayung again. Mami would be very angry if she knew you were meeting secretly. Mami does not want you to be a destroyer of people's relationships, let alone your own best friend's relationship. A traitor will never be forgiven." Regina told Steve.

"Mommy, later if Mami is healthy Steve will explain, Steve never damaged Ayu and Romi relationship. Now think about your health first. Papi could be very angry with Steve if he knew Steve was the cause of Mami's pain."

"Why are you the cause of Mami's illness, Steve? did you make it up?"mario asked as he revealed the curtains of the room because Regina was still in the ER.

"My stomach acid was on the honey, Steve forgot to take me to lunch. We're too cool to talk." Regina explained.

"I'm sorry, it should have been so we ate first, I forgot honey." Mario feels guilty.

"Especially Steve asked to stay at Opa's house for a while, so just increase this stomach acid." Steve was flabbergasted to hear Regina's words.

"Why Steve, instead of you saying miss Mami and Papi, why ask to stay at Opa's house?" mario asked in disbelief.

"Eh..." Steve scratched his head that was not itching. Regina smiled looking at her husband.

"You kept your promise to Opa, Pi. Before S'pore Opa asked Steve to stay there while also supervising the performance of employees there." finally Steve found an excuse.

"Why not from yesterday, Son. That's why Papi went there." Mario chuckles patting the shoulder of his son just wayang. But he thought a little bit like there was something between this Mother and Son, like something was covered up.
