Ch-26′s. First Day of Exercise
The next day, before sunrise elder Liu had come to wake Zhao Feng and Zhao Tian up to immediately start training, he said, after arriving at their residence the two elder Liu was quite surprised upon seeing Zhao Feng who still continued to cultivate and did not seem to sleep since yesterday.
"Feng'er, Tian'er get up, we'll start training" elder Liu Changhai said.

Several hours passed quickly again, but Zhao Feng and Zhao Tian still seemed to be lifting the large wood above their heads in the stance of the horses, during those hours they were both laughed at by the other disciples who passed by in front of the elder Liu Changhai's residence.

The two of them then went straight back to his residence to rest their bodies for a moment, because after that they had to immediately head to the kitchen to prepare food for their teacher and for themselves.

"Why can you still calm down when the other disciples insult you, and why do you feel like you feel nothing while lifting the wood?" asked Zhao Tian.
"Why am I angry at people who can only bark like dogs, it is better that we focus our training and silence their barking with the results of the strenuous exercise we are going through" Zhao Feng replied casually.
