Chapter 3: Female Candidate Mr. Jendra
Regi was pacing the hotel lobby while occasionally looking at his watch. It's been an hour since he waited for his best friend, Jendra. Aditya and Shahnaz arrived there two hours ago.
A black sedan stopped right in front of the hotel lobby. Regi develops a smile. He hurried to the front of the car.
A tall, well-built man dressed in neat clothes came out of the car. His face looks handsome with the look of eagle eyes that make him seem dignified. The man walked over to Regi.
“You're late!” said Regi.
“Sorry, there's a sudden affair at the office. Has he left?” jendra asked with a heavy tone of voice.
“Fortunately not. This time I am sure you will fit him,” Regi said with full confidence.
Jendra smiled. “Really? I wonder what it looks like.”
Jendra is a young entrepreneur whose name is skyrocketing among other entrepreneurs. He is a man of dreams for a woman. Unfortunately, he was always cold especially to women.
Jendra has a wife whose face has never been seen in public. Many thought he was just lying so no woman would come close.
Regi invites Jendra along with him into the hotel. He had provided a special room deliberately for the secret meeting. They were also accompanied by several bodyguards Jendra and a private secretary.
Upon arrival there, Aditya and Shahnaz were sitting there waiting. They stood up when Regi and Jendra came.
“You just sit down, let's talk casually,” pinta Regi let them sit back.
Regi and Jendra sat down in front of them.
Jendra looked at the two people Regi would introduce him to. He focused on the woman who looked frightened, looking down, holding the man's hand.
“Include, this is my best friend, Jendra. She is looking for a woman who is willing to give birth to a child for her,” Regi said.
“Jendra, this is Aditya, he's one of the employees in my office. And the woman next to him is his wife, Syahnaz,” Regi added.
“What? You husband and wife?” Jedra looked surprised at the fact Regi had just said. He thought the woman he would be introduced to was a single woman, not a married woman.
Jendra turned his head towards Regi and looked at him questioningly. As if he wants to insist he does not like to be invited to joke or his time will only be thrown free there. He has expressed his desire to Regi with a series of criteria. He believes Regi should have understood what kind of woman he wants.
“Sorry, Mr. Jendra. We were married, we were married this morning. But, I have not touched it at all,” Aditya said awkwardly.
Jendra frowned. “Newly this time I saw a husband who could bear to propose his own wife. Are you drunk?” tanyakanya. He was sure they knew what he was looking for. It is strange that a husband is interested in giving up his wife.
“They need money, Jendra. They also agreed. You have no right to know further than that,” Regi said.
As Jendra's best friend, he was actually quite dizzy to take care of the man's will. At the insistence of his extended family, Jendra was indeed required to immediately have children. The criteria requested are very heavy, many women have been rejected.
Regi is sure this time Jendra will like the woman. Although she is married, Syahnaz has all the qualifications that Jendra wants.
Jendra looked back at the woman.
“She looks scared. If he's not ready, you go!” jendra said firmly. He did not want any coercion in the agreement this time.
“He may be a little groggy, sir. Please understand. My wife is indeed an innocent woman,” said Aditya.
Jendra grinned. It was as if he could read the man's rot. He guessed for sure the man who had forced his own wife to accept his offer.
“I didn't ask for your opinion. I just wanted to know if he would accept my offer or not. If you don't want to, please go!” jendra.
“I want to do it, Sir!” Syahnaz.
Jendra was stunned as the woman straightened her head. Her face looks beautiful even without excessive makeup. He could tell if the woman was a good person.
“Are you sure? After signing the contract you should not withdraw,” Jendra reminded.
“I've settled on this decision, sir. I'd like to be your woman and give birth to a child for you,” Syahnaz said. Although he looks brave, but the look in his eyes can not lie that he harbors fear.
Shahnaz glanced at her husband. Aditya looked to give a nod.
“Until now never, sir. Even with my own husband,” he replied.
Jendra sighed for a moment. “Actually I don't really care if you are still per cloud or not. I just want to make sure that my bedmate will not have an infectious disease,” he said.
“You don't need to worry. She is a good woman who is good at taking care of herself,” Aditya said.
Jendra was made to laugh by Aditya's words. “If she is a good woman, why would you give her to me?” It looked like she was trying to corner Syahnaz's husband.
Aditya. Jendra's words deeply pierced her feelings.
“Jendra ...,” reprimand Regi with its sharp glances.
“Ah, stop! Ignore my words,” said Jendra. “You must be wondering why I am applying for so many conditions for women that I will only contract to give birth to children. She must be beautiful, smart, educated, and healthy in order to give birth to a superior child. That's why I don't want to pick any woman to give birth to my son.”
“You take it easy, Jendra. Syahnaz is a graduate of the best graduate from a renowned campus. He never drank alcohol or smoked. I've checked it, all according to what you want,” continued Regi.
Jendra. “Aditya,” call it.
“Iya, Sir?”
“As long as the contract lasts, she is not your wife. She'll be my woman until she gives birth. You are forbidden to meet him secretly or openly. You should be strangers to each other, not greeting each other or getting along. Do you agree?” ask Jendra.
Aditya nodded. “I will do it.”
“You must know who I am. If you dare to break this deal, I will not tolerate.” Jendra said solemnly. His eyes showed seriousness.
“Good, Sir. You can trust us,” Aditya said convincingly.
“Pak Mateo!” call Jendra.
A man about forty years old walked over, handing Jendra a suitcase and a paper bag. The suitcase was opened by Jendra in front of Aditya and Shahnaz. A hundred thousand bills filled the suitcase. Even Aditya's eyes to sparkle saw that much money.
“This is just a down payment as a sign of one billion,” said Jendra. He seems to be spending that much money.
Aditya and Shahnaz looked at each other. It was the first time they saw that much money. Debt problems and hospital costs can be resolved immediately, even there is still money left.
“Please read the agreement letter. If you agree with all the points, sign the signature on the last sheet.” Jendra offered three covenant letters to the two.
They just read it at a glance and signed it right away.
“As long as this agreement goes on, I will routinely pay 50 million per month until my son is born. And when this agreement expires, I'll give you another 3 billion.”
Aditya smiled happily at her. He handed back the signed agreement to Jendra. Then, he took the suitcase with the money Jendra gave them.
“Alright, I don't think there's anything more to discuss,” said Jendra. His gaze now led to Shahnaz. “You are now mine. Go to room 101 and wait for me there!” her door.
“What?” Syahnaz was surprised by the sudden request.
“Why? You want to change your mind?” ask Jendra.
“Em, not so ... but, what's this fast?” Syahnaz asked back with a nervous tone.
“In the second you sign the agreement, then you are already mine!” Jendra.
“Quiet, Mr. Jendra. I myself will take him there,” said Aditya.
One would not be able to imagine what it would be like to be handed over by one's own husband to another man. Sounds so cliche, but that's the reality that Syahnaz must feel.
