Not a Savings Wife

Not a Savings Wife
Chapter 24

In Office.

Dhea's hand reached for the drink bottle that was lying near the monitor, then gulped it down and told Stella to come out for a while. Stella tells him if the state of the division was fired by the boss, because at that time he had slapped Dhea. It made Dhea dizzy, and felt guilty.

Dhea hesitantly pressed the number 17 button on the elevator panel. The elevator door slowly closed and brought Dhea to the floor for the CEO.

Dhea felt a little doubtful and afraid, as this was the first time to set foot on the floor of the number one person in the company.

“Sorry, but Mr. Amroza Raden cannot be found without having an appointment,” said Dwi—secretary Ramlan. When Dhea had arrived in front of Ramlan's room and asked the beautiful woman for permission.

“But... I have to see Mr. Amroza now. There is an important thing that I have to—”

“Didn't you hear?!” dwi's voice was heard rising, with her sharp gaze fixed on Dhea.

“Master is a busy person, he can not be visited by just anyone let alone employees like you.”

Dhea took a long breath. She did not feel uneasy as Dwi looked at her appearance from top to bottom with a condescending look.

“Or maybe you can tell Mr Amroza if I want to meet?” Dhea insisted.

“People who always meet you are important people and executives. He has no time to meet unimportant people se—”

“What's up?” sela Ramlan who just came out of her room. The man had looked at Dhea while swooping next to his eyebrows upwards.

“Nothing, Sir,” kilah Dwi after bowing his head in respect.

“This person seems to have no job, so he is a prank and says he wants to see you.” said Dwi secretary.

Dhea shook her head quickly. “I'm not a fad, but seriously want me—”

“Bring him in!”

Dwi was shocked and gawked. But then he nodded obediently and briefly looked at Dhea cynically, before then telling her to come in.

“What's up? Did you forget our agreement?” ramlan asked after throwing his body in his big chair. He warns Dhea about their marital status that no one else should know.

Ramlan immediately closed the laptop featuring CCTV footage, which he had watched to monitor Dhea's behavior. Whether he's acting or not.

“I did not forget, Sir. And I came here also as your employee,” dhea ralat so that Ramlan does not misunderstand. He stood in front of the man's table.

Ramlan smiled obliquely. “Good. Say what is necessary?”

“If it is because the division slapped me, I think firing him is outrageous, sir. What he did at that time because he was upset, I've been rude to you. I was wrong to think to you, I don't know your real name so I don't know myself."

Ramlan had looked at Dhea with a difficult look to interpret. Before he finally laughed until his shoulders seemed to shake.

“Why did you laugh? What say I have something funny?” Dhea refrained from grumbling in front of her boss and husband.

“You pretended to be nice to get my attention, huh?” asked Ramlan after his laughter had subsided.

Dhea shook her head quickly. “I don't pretend well. Why do you think I'm that kind of person. You don't know me yet, I understand. But I wasn't taught to bully people and pretend well to attract sympathetic?”

Ramlan snorted, then folded his hands together. His eyes did not for a second turn away from Dhea, looking at her sharply.

Ramlan thought, Dhea was just pretending to be innocent and kind before him. How could any good woman be willing to beg that the man who had slapped her not be fired?

It's totally impossible.

“Again I do not need to pretend well to get recognition from others,” added Dhea later. “Being yourself is much more fun.” Dhea added, staring at Ramlan.

Ramlan was silent. Momentary. His heart suddenly felt something foreign. Ramlan himself did not know what he was feeling right now.

Ramlan then got up and walked over to the woman. Standing before him made Dhea retreat spontaneously. Ramlan stepped forward. Then flanked by Dhea's chin using her fingers and make Dhea look up to look at him.

The man's face was very close. The masculine scent of Ramlan's body felt strongly greeting Dhea's sense of smell.

“One more thing,” Ramlan continued.

“I will not retract my decision. Division deserved to be fired. You forgot, Dhea? I've bought your life until I give birth to a child, as long as it means you're mine. And anyone who has dared to touch mine, I will not let them live quietly! Catch that!”

Dhea nodded doubtfully as a sign that she understood. And Dhea hoped Ramlan would immediately release her hand from her chin, trembling and swallowing the saliva out of nervousness.

Ramlan's eyes looked at Dhea with a sharp look. His gaze then descended, staring at Dhea's lips that looked full and natural red. The wound on the corner of his lips had faded.

Unknowingly Ramlan swallowed his saliva with great difficulty as he looked at the lips he had never tasted.

Damnit damnit!

Ramlan directly threw Dhea's chin violently. Kissing a woman is illegal to her. Except for one name Zia, his legal wife.

“Go! I don't want to see you here again,” dispossess Ramlan without feeling.

Realizing Ramlan would not melt easily, Dhea finally nodded. He nodded at the man and then walked to the exit.

However, Dhea had not yet opened the door, someone had already opened it from the outside until it was wide open.

“Oh? Aren't you.. Dhea?”

“King?!”

Dhea was shocked when she saw the man she had hit a week ago.

“Yes, it's me. Well I'm so flattered that you still remember me.” King laughs.

“What's up here?”

“I... em.. have met Mr. Amroza, there is work we need to discuss,” kilah Dhea.

The king raised both eyebrows, then looked at Dhea and Ramlan in turn questioningly. The next moment he laughed again.

“Oh, okay. You wanna get out? Then please.”

Dhea nodded. He resumed his steps after leaving the King. However, Dhea had yet to reach the doorway, her steps abruptly came to a halt as the King held back his wrist.

Dhea was surprised.

“King, what's up?”

“Later noon do you have time?”

Dhea's forehead frowned in wonder. “Why?”

The king then shows the other arm, which had been injured by the ordner brought by Dhea.

“This injury has not—” King.

"Let go of my hand!" dhea insisted.

“Keep your hands off that woman!” ramlan shouted, it made Dhea turn her head and reveal her hand.

"Go! you're the King, come in. Don't bother my people!" ramlan's circus voice, makes Dhea go and say goodbye.
