"Is there anything I'm helping the doctor?" Ask Clara

"Aaah Dr. Raras.surgical TKV happened to you come doc, this patient experienced an abnormal condition ...the rhythm condition is still problematic after I defibrillation 2times only returned to normal temporarily but only I stayed about 10 minutes to check the other patients the rhythm returned to the problem doc" report Dr. Budi while handing over the patient's medical record board.

"It's heart failure, preparing for CABG surgery" Clara said

"But who's going to do the operation doc?" ask Budi confused.

"Isn't there Dr. Lino on Budi's team of doctors as Dr. Lino's lead surgeon?"clara was confused by Dr. Budi's question

"Dr Lino is performing surgery on a heart failure patient, there's only me on my team and Dr. Husein on Dr. Clara's team who is watching and monitoring the condition of this other patient" say it with a panicked face

"First's surgical assistant just so" Clara suggested

"Can't do doc...dr. Irma is also conducting ICD (Implantable Cardioverter Defribrilator is a small device placed under the skin in the chest or abdomen to monitor normal heart rate) in other patients" said Budi

"I can't do it either doc, other than I'm first assistant to Dr. Anton.he hasn't allowed me to do a new first assistant operation on his own without his permission" clara said annoyed at the words Merry had said earlier.

"But what about this patient doc.I'm not Dr. heart surgery" said Budi horrified and panicked especially to hear the screams of a small child outside.

"Who's that outside of sus?"ask Clara

"that's the daughter of this patient, Doc." replied Sister Reta.

"Did anyone explain his father's condition?" ask Clara again.

"Not a doctor, he's still a little doc" said sister Reta

"Well let me explain to her daughter, even though she was a child she deserves to know her father's condition" said Raras with a cold face made sister Reta speechless in fear

When Clara came out of the ER, she saw now a crying daughter with a confused and frightened face

"Are you Mr. Dayat's daughter?"

"yes doctor, I am Tata daughter Mr. Dayat, how do papa I doc?"

"Your papa's eyes have heart failure so they must be operated on immediately" explained Clara withstanding tightness in the chest considering 12 years ago she was in the Tata position

"Do your best for my papa doctor, I believe the doctor" Tata said as she held Clara's hand and prostrated herself at Clara's feet

"Please save my papa doc.just papa is the only one I have in this world doc" said Tata while crying bitterly.

"Wakeup...Help me by praying that your papa operation can run smoothly yes.I will your papa operation" said Clara with a hoarse voice holding back tears and immediately entered the ER room back.

"Let's take it to the operating room ..sister prepare the operating room and phone Dr. anesthesia is still there ..I will do the operation" said Clara moved to the preparation room for the operation.

"Thank you Dr. Raras" said Budi and immediately called the anesthesiologist.

In the operating room Clara had changed her clothes with scrub clothes (ok OK clothes worn by the doctors) green entered the operating room after previously wearing a mask and surgical cap to cover her hair and had washed the second his hands with soap up to his elbows

The sisters immediately put on a similar colored surgical coat and put surgical gloves on Clara

"What is Dr. Lino?"

"First Assistant Dr. Anton performed the operation himself" Lino said with a sigh
