Alex's car that took Sherin to the hospital finally arrived.Sherin's body was immediately picked up by medics and brought in while Alex was not allowed to enter..

''Mr. Alex..preferably wait outside.we will check on your wife.'' said the doctor held back..

Alex did not accept, from that time he experienced anxiety so many times that he could not do anything but want to be with Sherin..

''I want to be with him, how could you forbid me..''

''I'm sorry but this is a hospital procedure Mr. Alex...''

Alex moans, wanting to hit the doctor, but Virgo approaches him and stops Alex..

''Mr. Alex..this is all for the good of Mrs Sherin herself.so sir.must be able to give up this.'', talk to Virgo..

Alex eventually relents, the man then steps away while Virgo follows him..

''Before Mrs Sherin's surgery, you'll find her, so be patient, Mr. Alex...''

''I will wait patiently.'' said Alex in a resigned tone..

After waiting for a while they were directed to the operating room and Alex was indeed given the opportunity to meet Sherin before the woman was completely unconscious..

Alex is slightly goosebumps to see Sherin lying on the bed in an operating outfit, while the doctors and nurses give both of them a chance...

''Alex..

Sherin is so sad when things have to be like this,...Sherin knows very well that this is their last meeting.after this then his life will change.and for the last time Sherin wants to keep Alex in his memory, and when she misses Alex, she keeps her eyes closed...

''Hi..how do you feel Sherin.''whisper Alex with teary eyes,...''

Alex smiled, he really felt haru because Sherin is really a different woman, Shrerin is a beautiful woman from the heart..so Alex really misses Sherin getting through all this and they live together happily ever after..

''Listen to me baby, I have chosen you to the doctor...''

Sherin is at a loss for words.Her tears drip down the corner of her eyes, does she have to believe.is Alex really telling her the truth, or is it just comforting...an Alex change is impossible, so Sherin chooses not to keep all of Alex's words..

''Fight, baby, give birth to our child because I am waiting for you here.'' Alex said softly..

Alex then rubbed his face, let out a heavy sigh and looked at Sherin once more...

''I'm waiting for you Sherin.'' whisper Alex with a heavy heart..

Sherin then nodded her head though heavily..

Especially when Alex approached her and kissed her forehead and lips.

''I'll come back Alex.'' whispered Sherin and waved her hand..

Alex really can't think other than Sherin, the contents of his head just spinning on a Sherin and desperately want the woman to get out of the operating room consciously...

Alex was led out of the room and the door to the operating room was closed...

Alex froze standing there with mixed feelings, this was the most stressful thing in his life Alex really couldn't stop thinking about how Sherin was in there...

''Mr Alex...''

Alex turns to Virgo and remembers something...

Virgo freezes to hear Alex say, why his master changed at the last second..

''Mr Alex....''

''I can't lose my wife you heard that, so you have to make sure that Sherin lives when she gets out of there....''

Virgo is unable to fight back and just nods obediently.Until Alex calms down, the man steps into the waiting room and sits there..

Virgo quietly leaves Alex alone, the man steps across the hospital hallway and into one of the rooms...

Virgo looked down obediently when he saw that Damar was already in the room..

''What's up....''

''The plan must be canceled because Mr. Alex does not want the death of Mrs Sherin..''

Virgo's plain speech got a laughing reaction from Damar, the man approached Virgo and looked at the two matanta balls...

''You know yourself how Alex, his psychopathic side just hasn't woken up yet..you were the witness when her lovers used to experience terrible things..''

Virgo sighed.he could not escape the fact that Mr. Alex was indeed very cruel so Virgo was actually unable to believe completely..

''If you take a wrong step then Sherin's life will be threatened...''

Virgo looked down confused.....

''I want to see how Alex faces Sherin's death.I suspect he will be happy.he does not have to bother to dirty his hands instead.so Virgo...and as for Sherin.our original plan remains the same.he will be under my protection..

Virgo sighed heavily, he loosened his throat, how now....is Mr. Alex really afraid of losing Sherin or is this just a momentary feeling, but again Virgo does not want to take risks...

Mrs Sherin's life should not be made a bet, and Virgo finally agrees that they will return to the original plan....

Sherin trembled slightly as the doctors surrounded her ready to dissect her..

Shortly after, the door opened and the doctor who operated on Sherin finally walked out of the room..

Alex took a quick step to pick up the doctor in front of him,
