Amara leaned on the back of the chair of a bar where she worked. His finger tapped agitatedly at the shiny table before him.
Every two minutes he would pull out his phone, and start weighing should he activate his old sim card he had not activated. Back when he decided to leave the Andreas family, Toni still contacted him often, asking him to come back and forgive all the mistakes that the Andreas family had made.
However, for Amara the fault of the Andreas family is not a mistake that can be forgiven just like that. Although the CEO himself asked for it and tried to make him understand, it was still not right for him to forget the Rainbow and let Gilang get back in touch with Gisel just for the sake of calmness and focus Gilang in work. Especially recently Amara knew that Gisel was a plot of people who tried to harm the rainbow. Although in the end Gisel admitted to regret while crying and begging for forgiveness to Farhan and himself, still Pelanginya, his beloved friend will never return.
Amara rubbed the corner of her wet eyes. Remembering what had happened made him sad again. Though for one year he tried to forget the painful memories, but still when his mind was empty and he felt empty, empty, rainbow and Toni again filled his head and made him miss until it felt like he just wanted to die.
"Mara, two tequelas and two cocktails at table number thirteen." A bartender named Roy handed him a tray of four alcoholic drinks and asked Amara to deliver the drinks.
Amara immediately got up and tidied up her short skirt, put on a fake smile and started walking towards table number thirteen.
"... Andreas Group! Yeah, I heard they opened a massive vacancy."
"It's back to success now they are."
"Yes, it is not difficult for Andreas Group to bounce back. That son and father's duet is indeed very clop."
"Loss Andreas you mean? Yes, he is a talented young entrepreneur. I heard early next year she's getting married to her model boyfriend. What's his name, huh?"
"Sheel."
"Ah, yes, yes, Gisela. That beautiful woman is lucky."
Brak!
Amara placed the tray hard on the table, thus making the contents of the glass spill and splatter on the table.
The chatter coming from table number thirteen was making Amara's blood boil. Fortunately, he did not throw the glasses in the faces of customers who said Gisela was a lucky beautiful woman.
"Hi, waitress, be careful dong!" protest one of the customers, a fat man with a super big belly and head of the mall floor slippery.
"I'm sorry, sir, my vertigo is relapsing" Amara replied as she bowed. Afterwards, he went back to his desk and took off the apron he was wearing. "I'm going home, Roy, tell the boss that I have a headache."
"But your vacation is over, Ra. If you go home early this time, you will definitely be fired" Roy said, warning Amara.
"No problem. I don't care about anything this time." Amara passed away, leaving Roy, his workplace, and also the bar patrons he would surely miss.

The journey to the Andreas Group residence was quite far from where Amara lived now. It takes at least two hours to travel and have to change buses twice. However, it was not a difficult thing to do, especially he was in a condition that was so angry now, hurt and disappointed. It feels like he can do anything right now. Including flying towards the residence of the Andreas family if possible.
On the bus, Amara was tweaking her phone, setting the sim two on her phone back on.
When the old sim was back on, there were hundreds of messages coming in and all of them were messages from Toni. Amara sighed as soon as she read all the messages that Toni sent. Most just ask her to come back, but there are some Toni messages that make Amara pound as she reads them.
Missed you!
It's so quiet without you tonight!
Come back, we can watch and have dinner together. Don't you want to spend a lot of time with me?
All of those messages made Amara's lips curl into a smile. Her hands itched wanting to reply to a message from Toni, but the urung she did. Her dealings with Toni can wait, which is urgent for her right now is her dealings with Gilang, Farhan and Gisela. How could Farhan as Gilang's parents not ban the marriage that will occur early next year.
Amara squeezed her phone with anxiety. "The two bangkas are so insolent" he murmured.

The rainbow crept down the stairs from the second floor to the kitchen on the first floor. The clock hanging in the main hall already showed at 01:00 in the morning, everyone was asleep in their rooms. Not so with rainbows. His hungry stomach made him act recklessly and he boldly walked into the kitchen to find food. He did not even care about the rumors that said that the old hotel was haunted.
Upon arrival in the kitchen, Rainbow immediately grabbed two pieces of fresh bread, a bottle of peanut butter and also a box of fresh milk in the package.
He grabbed all the food and ran out of the kitchen. But, not to mention his feet arriving at the stairs, he accidentally bumped into someone standing in the darkness.
"Ckckck, since when did you become a rat and steal all the food in the kitchen ?"
The rainbow looked up and found Gilang smiling mischievously towards him. "You! Um, I mean, what are you doing here?
Gilang shook his hands in front of the rainbow. "Don't use formal calls on me. We talk as usual. After all, we've slept together, should our relationship be closer, right?" Gilang chuckled, with a mischievous lightning in both of his eyes.
The rainbow exhaled violently. "Sleep with what? If anyone hears, they will misunderstand me and someone will come to me again to ask me how much I fare last night."
Gilang shrugged both of his shoulders. "No one will dare to do that to you again after they see what happened to Cipto this afternoon" said Gilang. He then looked at all the things in the rainbow deck. "Wait here" he said, then he ran to the kitchen and came back after a while with a box of bread, a box of fresh milk, and a bottle of chocolate jam. "I'm allergic to peanut butter" he said, staring at the jar of jam in Rainbow's hand, then stepping towards the front yard.
Rainbows without being asked reflexes follow Gilang's steps. The two of them walked in silence, until they arrived at the spacious side courtyard. There are several garden chairs there, complete with round tables that they can make a place to put food.
The rainbow sat first, followed by Gilang who sat next to him.
"So what do you think? Do you want to be my personal assistant?" ask Gilang later
"Personal assistant?" The rainbow looks confused.
"Isn't that our deal. Did you forget?"
The rainbow snapped his finger. "I remember. If you prove to be a CEO, then you will punish me by making me your maid."
"Assistant, Raina, not the maid." Cross-correcting the Rainbow's speech.
"Ck, it's the same for me, sir." The rainbow then grabbed a piece of her loaf of bread and spread peanut butter a lot over the bread. As he was about to feed the bread into his mouth, Gilang snatched the bread from the hand of the rainbow.
"It is not polite to eat alone. Make mine first, then we eat together."
"You can make it yourself."
"Why would I make it myself if I had an assistant."
The rainbow rolled her eyeballs. "That's why I said that the assistant is the same as the maid," said Pelangi, then immediately grabbed two loaves of bread and applied chocolate jam on it, piled it up and gave it to Gilang.
"Well, if this is fair," said Gilang, while returning the bread belonging to the rainbow which was immediately devoured by the woman greedily.
"So hungry, huh?" tanya Gilang, seeing the rainbow eating so voraciously.
Rainbow nodded. "Actually since morning I haven't eaten anything."
"Oh, yeah, why?"
"That morning Mr. Cipto made my appetite disappear because of the question he asked me. From noon to evening, I couldn't swallow anything. I think a lot. A question that feels like it would be hard for me to find the answer."
Gilang looked at Pelngi attentively now. He was happy because the woman was open to him, even though it was only a matter of days they knew each other. But Gilang knows if the Rainbow feels comfortable when nearby, as well as what Gilang feels. As if this is how it should be.
"What is really bothering you?" ask Gilang.
"Eitherway. I don't know either. I just often feel empty and empty."
Glazed approached, still continuing to stare at the Rainbow without blinking.
A gust of wind blew the long strands of Rainbow hair until the strands of hair hit Gilang's face which was so close to the face of the Rainbow.
The rainbow got nervous. His heart seemed to be about to be dislodged as Gilang got closer to him.
"What are you doing?" ask Rainbow, with both cheeks that meet red like a cherry.
Glazed tilted his face, sniffing the level of the Rainbow neck. "What perfume do you use?" ask Gilang.
Rainbow sighed, apparently he misunderstood. He thought Gilang would kiss him, but it turned out that the man was smelling the perfume he was wearing.
"It's baby perfume" replied Rainbow.
"Baby perfume? You have a baby?"
Rainbow shook. "No. I just love the smell."
Gilang came back closer and sniffed the scent deeply while closing his eyes. "The smell is not foreign. I kind of smelled this scent too, but I don't know where."
"Maybe your son's perfume."
Silent laugh, crisp and seductive sounding laughter in the ears of Rainbow. "I'm not even married. How can I have a child."
"Thank God," muttered the Rainbow.
"What did you say?" ask Gilang.
Rainbow shook. "No. I didn't say anything" he said, then put bread back in his mouth and chewed it while holding a smile.
"Oh, yes, Raina. Can I see your parf bottle tomorrow?" asked Gilang again, after a while he and Rainbow passed in silence.
Rainbow nodded. "certain. I'll bring it tomorrow."
