Time kept turning, at this exact age Micah's womb entered the ninth month. Life is reluctant to die unwilling, maybe it's the right expression to reveal Maxim's current state. The man's gaze was empty, his body unkempt. Fine feathers began to fill his chin, yet he did not care.

All day long he just stared at the picture of the wife and the photo of the baby ultrasound.

"Mikha I beg you to come back" he said softly, at this time his face was so pale as maybe because he had never eaten properly, occasionally Max held his stomach that felt so sick and nauseous, he said, and his body that feels fever but he does not pay attention to it.

Lady Anna looked on her second son's pity, various ways had the brand taken to find Micah and Indah but all in vain, the two women were lost without leaving a trace.

The doctor said with a serious look, Mr. Andrew seemed to nod his head and immediately signed a letter of approval.

In a different place Micah was grimacing in the delivery room of a hospital, now not only amniotic fluid seeped from his vitals but blood was also increasingly flowing.

Micah was constantly moaning in pain, until now it felt so painful and unbearable.

"Emmhhhhh...!" Micah's cry suddenly tightened, The Doctor who was there immediately calmed Micah down and advised him not to push before his time.

Time passed, after the examination and declared the opening to be perfect, the doctor guided Micah to push according to his direction.

" Empphhhhh Emphhhhh sa-sick!" Micah choked while straining vigorously.

"Let's try again, Mom!"The doctor was encouraging.

"Sakittttt doc! akhatttt! emphhh...."

"Let's keep on Mom!"

"Emmphhh..."

Long time turned around, but the pair of twins never left the mother's womb, until Micah looked weak because too tired to fight to give birth to the baby.

"I-I'm not strong..." Micah spoke weakly with a body that had been soaked by sweat.

"Try it again, ma'am..."

"Emmphhhh... Uh. sa-sick, M-max..." Micah said softly and gasped for breath until he slowly seemed to lose consciousness.

Bu Yani looks panicked with the condition of his daughter, until the doctor checks Micah's condition and decides the last way.

"Sorry Ma'am, Madam Micah's condition is not possible to give birth normally, so the only way we have to do a Caesarean section as soon as possible!"

In Max's subconscious, he appears to be walking in the middle of nowhere. From a distance he saw faintly the laughing sound of two children running around. A pair of white children meet pink on the cheeks, have black eyes and brown hair and have dimples on both cheeks.

"Hey, be careful of falling!" Maxim cried, Until made a pair of boys and girls who almost had a similar face turned and smiled and moved his hands as if calling him.

Max appears to be closing in and suddenly the two children hug him, "We miss you, papa." Said the two children in unison and just disappeared.

Slowly both of Max's eyes opened, he pensively remembered the dream he had just experienced.

"Darling, you're sober." Sapa Madam Anna was happy to find Max who had just regained consciousness after surgery.

Max turned to hear the mother's voice beside him, "Mom..." Max says.

"Yes, son, why? is anyone still sick? mommy's calling the doctor." Said Lady Anna who immediately moved but immediately her hand was held by Maxim.

"Mom, what date is it?" ask Max.

Lady Anna seemed to frown upon hearing the son's question, "September 20th, what's the matter dear?"

The sound of the baby crying was so loud it echoed, filling the entire operating room.

"The mother's still in Mom's care." The nurse smiled.

Mr. Ali entered a special room for a newborn baby. While Bu Yani, Rika and Indah just look from behind the big enough glass.

Two babies who fell asleep, his face was so soothing to look at.

"Allahuakbar Allahuakbar" sir Ali began to preach his grandson one by one with his lips quivering with the tears that had pooled in his eyes. After he finished kissing his first grandchildren one by one while praying to the almighty.

"May you regroup with your papa, son. Be the son of Sholeh and Sholeh." Said Mr. Ali in my heart.
