34. Never Lied

Only Areka and Elena are mermaids in the human world. Then where did Areka make his identity, family, and status as a human being?

"So your parents are human? Then all this time they knew you were a mermaid?!" Alicia asked, they left in her car.

"Truely, Areka's a collector's boy."

Elena laughed, actually the story of the meeting between Areka and her foster parents was quite heartwarming. "Wait, let me think." Ken sat squatting on the ground. Holding her head, the sentence Alicia just uttered without any burden was a sentence she never expected.

Alicia laughed, embracing Ken's back.

"I did it, I killed the fox demon, fought alongside Elena and Areka" Alicia said near her demonic ears.

Ken was speechless, Alicia's voice rattled.
