One Night Incident's
Chapter 6 The Passage

Hummingbird House 

Arriving at home, Arine immediately took the plate and poured the dish and lotis on two plates. Looking at the senior ART in his house, the girl called out to the woman. The middle-aged woman looked around, and after making sure no one was around, she immediately came to Arine.

"Is there anything Aunt can help non Arine..?" with courtesy and respect, the woman asked a question.

Arine smiled, then...

"Iya Bi. Bibi can make me ice cubes, suddenly I miss Bi.. Remembering when mama was still there, mama always made ice cubes during the day.." The middle-aged woman was surprised to hear the words of this young lady of the family.

Because of the selfishness of his mother and step-sister, himself and other ARTs often ignore the existence of the lady. Aunt Minah sighed, and promised herself to ignore the unreasonable orders of her master's new wife.

"Wait a minute, Non. Aunty will make. It won't be long, it just so happens that in the refrigerator all the ingredients are already there.." quickly the woman responded to Arine's request.

"Thank you Bi Minah... Aunty is always good to Arine.." after senior ART left, Arine immediately enjoyed the spirit, and occasionally his hands also plucked pieces of fruit on the other plate. Seemed the pleasure felt by the girl, even when the kedondong fruit and young mango are still clenching, and it feels sour like not felt.

Not long after, Bi Minah had returned and brought a large glass of ice. The green color is refreshing, and the ice cubes seem to add to the freshness of the ice.

"This is non Arine. By the way Non Arine has had lunch yet, if not already I will prepare at the dinner table Non.." after delivering ice kuwut, Bi Minah did not immediately leave Arine alone.

"In the meantime Bi.. but why would I want to eat a vegetable daem ya Bi, and if there are all the stir-fried bed, same hot tempeh hot.." Arine was also astonished by herself.

Without thinking about it, the ice and food he chose just came out of his mind.  But the girl did not ignore..

"Ready Non. immediately Auntie prepared. Wait a minute ya non.." The middle-aged woman immediately walked away leaving Arine alone.

Arine refocused on the food in front of her. Every now and then using a spoon, the ice cubes prepared by Bi Minah were shunned. Because of her focus on enjoying the food and drink, Arine did not realize if there was Claudia watching him since. Suddenly the girl approached, and her own smile harassed Arine's behavior.

"Hemppphh., what you enjoyed this afternoon, really makes me suspicious Arine... He. he. he. he.., you bunting yeah.." Arine was shocked to hear the word that harassed her.

But for a moment he also regained his senses, and rubbed his stomach slowly,

"Ha. ha. ha. It turns out that you are indeed a dirty woman, who does not maintain self-respect as a woman." Claudia said more and more.

Arine thought to add to the girl's pleasure oppressing her. Suddenly there was courage in the girl...

"My son, be patient, son... Ignore the witch's chatter, mommy will take care of you dear.." as she rubbed her stomach up and down, Arine gave a response. A sweet smile is also done when rubbing his stomach.

"Mama.. mama.. There's a dirty, depraved and unclean girl ma... Bunting out of wedlock.." suddenly Claudia was like a possessed man. The girl screams for her mother, but Arine ignores and doesn't care about it.

Suddenly Lady Sarah came and approached her beloved daughter..

"What are you screaming out like that Claudia, Mama just rested.." mistress Sarah gave a reprimand to her daughter.

"That's ma... Arine's.." Claudia pointed towards Arine.

"What's wrong with that village girl, just ignore it, it won't be that girl can match you dear. Even her own papa doesn't want it, it's proven that all the resources at the moment are all focused on you.." the middle-aged woman insinuated Arine with a tone of sarcasm.

"Not that ma .., look at Arine ma. Arine is pregnant ma, and is not ashamed to show it to Claudi.." hearing the unilateral accusations to her, Arine did not seek to defend herself. The girl thought it was useless to talk to them, because always she would be the one to blame. Thinking that tomorrow afternoon will leave the house, and leave for Sapporo, makes Arine calmer.

Feeling that the dishes and lotis had been removed from her plate, the girl immediately stood up and carried the dirty dishes to the dishwasher.

"You dare ignore mama..., Arine.." The middle-aged woman chased Arine into the kitchen.

Bi Minah who saw the tension was silent, did not dare to give any help.

"Mrs Sarah, if indeed what is in the mind and words of Claudi is true, yes already assume it is the truth. I'm pregnant right now.." Arine quickly answered tightly, wanting to put an end to everything.

The girl immediately walked into her room, to prepare all the equipment to be taken to Sapporo on Hokkaido island.

Next Morning...

Arine heard a commotion from the direction of the middle room, but the girl ignored him. The girl immediately went into the bathroom, and had to leave for the airport due to her 11:00 flight schedule. Not until an hour had passed was Arine ready to depart.

"Tok. tok. tok.. Open the door.." suddenly the voice of his papa sounded in a high tone.

Arine still relaxed and sighed, then...

"The news of the pregnancy must have reached papa's ear. And I have to be prepared to accept and let papa scold me.." Arine calms down.

"Open the room door or I break down now Arine.." a high-pitched voice resounded behind the room door.

Leisurely, Arine pulled the trolly bag, and opened the door casually.

"Plak.." suddenly a slap from his papa lodged in the girl's jaw.

The pain of the slap is not much, but there is pain when the papa has done without asking or clarifying him.

"Thank you pa, papa's love slap for this papa child." with eyes that welled up, Arine ventured to look into the eyes of his papa. But the girl was still trying to smile. Mr. Abraham seemed surprised by his own reaction. Behind the man, the mistress of Sarah and Claudia smiled triumphantly.

"Tell me Arine, is it true what your mother and your sister said." not continuing, sir Abraham reduced the intonation of his voice.

"Hemphhs.. Arine could neither defend nor deny it.. Because Arine himself doesn't know.. But if the two men, who papa had mentioned as mama, and also Claudi had made a guess, Arine would have accepted. They say Arine's pregnant, yeah... Arine will admit if Arine is pregnant pa.." with a smile, despite the pain in the heart, Arine tried to stay strong.

"Cloth.." again the slap of master Abraham landed on his jaw.

There was no defense from the girl. Arine receives all the ill-treatment from her biological father, and finally...

"Papa. Arine's permission to leave the house pa.. Rather than Arine's presence in this house, make and smear papa's name... But wherever Arine was, Arine would still pray for papa.." the girl took his papa's palm, and gave him a kiss then left the man with her trolly bag.

The body of lord Abraham was backward, and fortunately Sarah and Claudia were right behind, so as to hold the middle-aged man.
