(The Problem )
Meeting had been running for an hour, they continued to report pending land acquisition. Alex just listened while tapping his pen on the table. One of the staff handed over his report to Alex, and the man opened his file and read it carefully.
"Have you arranged a meeting with the landowner?" ask Alex.
"Already sir, we promise we will give an answer to them tomorrow the day after tomorrow," replied Mr. Kevin branch company manager.
"Bring them here the day after tomorrow, I'll talk right away" Alex said.

"Is your salary as a manager still lacking, Kevin?" ask Alex.
"Ma.. you mean a. what.. sir Alex," replied Kevin stammered.
Alex approached the meeting table and opened his laptop. He showed it to Kevin.
"Look at what I've found" Alex ordered.
Frightened, Kevin looked at Alex's laptop. His eyes widened, his face paled instantly.
"I. i. this.. sir Alex is not what you think he is" Kevin said stammeringly.
Alex pulled the corner of his lips."Do you know why I just want to talk to you alone?
Kevin shook his head quickly.
"Because I still value you as a longtime employee at this Apple Inc company.
"But why did you betray the trust of the Lemos family? You are corruption and provoking the people.
"I ask you once again if your salary as a manager is still lacking?" alex asked in a cold voice.
Mr. Kevin immediately knelt down in front of Alex, his tears spilled.
"Punish my mistakes all this time sir," said Mr. Kevin.
"Even though I rarely come to the branch company, that doesn't mean you can be free to do anything behind my back.
"Me and the central staff are always watching and monitoring what you are doing. Oh my god Kevin, I'm really disappointed.

The branch company secretary was waiting for him outside the room. The woman immediately took Alex into her room which she had been leaving for years. But the room was still well maintained.
"Do you need anything sir?" ask Sarah after she gets to her Ceo room.
"You must have known about Mr. Kevin from Andre. Help Andre solve this problem and then give the company a report last month" Alex said.
"Reports are already on Alex's desk, while Mr. Kevin's business will be resolved soon, too, sir" Sarah said.
"Good work and you can get out" Alex said.

Alex immediately saw the company's report on his desk while waiting for Andre's arrival.

"Sit down" Alex asked Andre.
Andre was sitting on the sofa of his superior's work room. Alex from his seat approached Andre and sat down on the sofa.
"Why are you in a hurry sir? I think you'll solve this problem tomorrow" Andre said.
"I'm sick of seeing his face pretending not to commit a crime. The man had been trusted by the company for 5 years, but just because he wanted to get more profit, he provoked the citizens to raise the price of the land" Alex replied.
"I know what your disappointment looks like, Alex. Your decision is always right, is there a problem with the company's report?" ask Andre.
Alex shook his head.
"Everything was done by the secretary. We have to solve this problem, then appoint a new manager for the company" Alex said.
"Sir Alvin" said Andre.

Alex moved from his seat to the window of the room. He looked at the view of city X at night.

Alex tidied up his desk, he immediately walked out of the room followed by Andre.
"Sar.. come home. It's late at night," Alex orders as he passes his desk.
"Good sir. Have a good rest" said Sarah.
Alex just nodded his head and left. Both of them left the company, Kevin immediately approached and made him surprised. The man calms down and holds Alex's leg.
"What are you doing? ask Alex.
"I beg you not to fire me sir" said Mr. Kevin.
Alex looked at Andre, and immediately asked for security to remove the man from the feet of his superior. Two security men pulled Mr. Kevin away from Alex.
"Sir Alex, sir Alex," cried Kevin.
Andre opens the car door for Alex. The man immediately got into his car without listening to the whining of the former manager of his company.
Andre entered the driver's seat and immediately drove his car to the hotel where they were staying.
"Sir Alex.sorry" said Andre.
Alex just nodded his head.
"Don't let any more insects be in my company Ndre. Because if it's still there, I'll make sure their lives are ruined until they beg for better death than tormented life" Alex said with a sharp look.
"Alright sir," replied Andre quickly, and swallowed his own saliva upon hearing Alex's words earlier. He did not expect his boss that being angry was so frightening.
And he is also grateful that his superiors have changed a lot, if his superiors were very arrogant, arrogant, and arbitrary to their subordinates.
See now, his boss is willing to appreciate the people who are below him. I don't know because of what his superiors can turn into good people and respect his subordinates.
