Enter the Anbu unit.
After arriving at the Anbu headquarters, Naruto entered the basement there were guards guarding the place.

After wearing his Anbu Kits Naruto went to the 3rd Hokage residence.
Then Naruto had reached the 3rd Hokage residence and seen the 3rd Hokage who had been waiting for Naruto's arrival.

" Genbu introduce yourself to your captain." Hokage 3.
" Ready. My name is Naruto Uzumaki code name is Genbu Kapten." Naruto.

After that neither Naruto nor Itachi left before the 3rd Hokage, and they were in the middle of the forest of death
