Only Temporary Wife

Only Temporary Wife
26.

Meisya accidentally got pierced by broken glass that she was cleaning. Marsell who saw was panicked and raised his wife's body to move away from there.

Meisya rounded her eyes as her body felt floating. It was my husband who lifted it up.

"Why not listen to me. Sit here, I'll get you some medicine." Marsell went to look for a medicine box.

Meisya cried and looked down because she had made a mistake.

"Give me your hand" Marsell ordered.

"Let me treat myself," Meisya refused.

Marsell did not want to listen and he pulled the injured hand of Meisya for him to treat.

"Mr ..."

"Shut up!"

Meisya kept quiet and let the man treat his wounds. Although the actual wound was nothing compared to the wound in his heart.

"Awww ..." Meisya grimaced in pain as her finger was cleaned.

"It hurts so much that you cry like that. Next time be careful, don't get hurt again."

"It's okay, just a small wound. Aaww ..." Meisya complained as the man pressed his wound slightly hard.

"Little wound you said, you're just up in pain like this. What if that piece of glass goes into your skin and gets left behind. Your hands can get infected and amputated" Marsell exclaimed. His face looked very worried to see his wife get hurt. Though for Meisya it was nothing, compared to when he was in the village was also often injured while helping his mother.

"I'm sorry." Meisya. He realized that this was his fault that was not careful. He also did not know why he was surprised earlier and dropped the glass he was carrying.

Marsell regretted that he had said in a high tone and frightened the girl. "Next time you have to be careful, I'll find a waiter to clean up the broken glass. You just sit here."

Tomorrow morning. As usual Meisya will wake up early to cook. This has been my routine while living here. Until now he was still sleeping on the sofa like when he first came. Although Marsell was not home, Meisya never slept in bed. He understood that if he was not entitled and inappropriate, there would be someone more deserving to sleep next to him.

"Miss, your hand is hurting. You better not cook."

"It's okay, aunt Jeni. It's just scratched, I can still do activities as usual." The girl smiled as she looked at the plaster with her middle finger. Whether consciously or not, last night was the first time the man had held her hand since marriage.

After cooking again, Jeni saw the plaster in her nona hand was wet and she intended to replace it, but again the lady refused.

"It's okay, aunt. I'll change it myself later" Meisya said.

Seeing his nona who was acting strangely, Jeni also guessed that the plaster was the master who installed it. Jeni smiled seeing her nona look happy.

Meisya went into the room after cooking to prepare her husband's needs. However, again he had to swallow a bitter pill when he heard the man was talking to someone on the phone. Meisya paused her intention to enter. Waiting at the door, he did not want to hear anything more. And whatever the man wants to do.

Meisya hugged her plaster-mounted hand. She almost thought that the husband was paying attention to her last night but maybe it was out of pity.

At the dinner table, everyone ate quietly. Everyone had gotten used to the food Meisya had cooked. No one protested because Meisya cuisine was so delicious.

Marsell noticed his wife's finger that was no longer wrapped in plaster. He doesn't like to see it.

Why is he so careless, his wounds should not have dried up. Why not wear plaster.

Meisya drove her husband forward as usual, without talking to each other. Arriving in front of the house, Marsell turned around and reached into his pocket.

"Give me your hand" he ordered.

"Yes ..."

"Get your hand, hurry." Marsell took Meisya's hand and put a plaster on her finger.

"Wear this until the wound is dry, replace it with a new one if it is wet or dirty." Marsell handed him some new plaster.

Meisya looked worriedly as the car her husband was driving away. He clasped the plaster the man gave him. She did not expect the man to be nice to her. Meisya was afraid that later she would have other feelings.
