"Where do we want breakfast Yank?" ask Garo. They just finished their dawn prayers.

"If I were up to you. If you don't remember being abroad, I'd like to go back to sleep" Alesha was too tired. But he doesn't regret being happy.

"Don't Yank, don't forget we're going to the Or Tor Kor market. Let's search there is a halal place to eat, yes" said Garo hugging and then kissed his wife's forehead.

Garo and Alesha then headed to the Or Tor Kor market because there was also breakfast they were looking for. Indeed Garo always looking for food typical of the area visited in order to know local wisdom.

"Have ever tried to glutinous duriannya Indonesia right Yank? This time I want to try something similar. Only in Thailand is mango." Garo told the menu she wanted to try.

"What would you like to try?"

"Mango Sticky Rice. We will eat both. Mango sticky rice is definitely halal because it only consists of sticky rice, coconut milk and mango aja Yank."

Alesha saw the food that Garo ordered was sticky rice placed on a plate and added pieces of mango, then watered with coconut milk.

The menu that Alesha ordered has not come because he had too long to choose between khao tom porridge rice or khao phad similar to fried rice if in Indonesia.

Khao Tom is a rice porridge cooked with a mixture of meat or seafood. However, before buying it, Alesha had asked the butcher what they used.

The type of rice porridge that uses shrimp is called Khao Tom Goong. Rice porridge that uses a mixture of pork is called Khao Tom Moo. While the rice porridge mixed with fish is called Khao Tom Pla.

Khao Tom uses spices that can warm the body in cold weather.

Khao Phad is called fried rice. Well, for this typical Thai fried rice using ingredients such as rice, garlic, eggs, oyster sauce, salt, soy sauce, and sugar.

There are also additional variations of fried rice in the form of chicken or meat, shrimp, and crab. Characteristics of Thai fried rice is not too spicy, so it is more liked by tourists.

Of the two options Alesha finally ordered Khao Phad shrimp and crab. He is a shrimp lover.

"Enak ya Mas's. But if it's on my tongue I'd rather use durian." Alesha commented on the sticky rice mango Garo's order that had been bribed into her mouth.

"Maybe because we're used to that durian Yank mix. If the durian mixture we feel a legit sensation. If the mango mixture we feel a fresh sensation because the sweet sour taste of mango is different from durian," Garo gave an assessment of what he menggap.

Since then they eat at the fruit market or tor kor is in the same area as the popular chatuchak market.

This market mainly sells fruit. But there are still many other types of food besides fruits and vegetables. Garo and Alesha could find another confection. Various snacks and traditional sweets are sold here, some souvenir items also have a booth that sells but not much.

Food stands are pretty much. There is also a table and a seat to eat in the market.

The market is very clean or tor kor. Many fruit booths, many options. For tropical fruit enthusiasts, this market is a paradise.

It is located across from Chatuchak Market. In this market, traders are not stingy to give visitors a fruit or food tester that aims so that prospective buyers know exactly the quality of the food they will buy.

The fruit market or tor kor is a clean market that is said to be the 4th clean market after the Tsukiji markets of Japan, Portugal and America.

"Well, buy that?" Alesha is meilhat yellow chili that is widely sold in this fruit and vegetable market. They've finished breakfast.

"You make a plant." Answer Alesha.

"While selling the seeds packaging is a lot of Yank, we do not need to bother," said Garo.

"Oh yes, we bought it. A fruit that tastes sweet. Asam or Tamarindus indica sold in Thailand does not deserve to be called asem fruit because it tastes sweet. Then we'd better call it Tamarind fruit." Alesha intends to plant the seeds Tamarindus indica.

Thailand is famous for durian. So, naturally when entering the peak of durian harvest season (April to August ), this stinging-scented fruit will be found along the streets of Thailand.

Starting from street vendors, open tub cars, to various media that offer durian delights. It was as if the entire city was celebrating this harvest season.

But even though it is not the harvest season, Garo and Alesha have no trouble getting durian fruit in this fruit market. Since entering the market for breakfast, the distinctive smell of this fruit has been very tempting.

"We went around the market first, huh Mas? Let's get a little hungry. Our stomachs are full. Later can not eat much," Alesha invites Garo around first.

Durian is loved by various groups both old and young.

Still, during the tour Alesha always see a durian fruitsmith in every corner. Durian is referred to as Thu-rian or Too-rian in Thailand, but traders there will still understand the meaning if we have difficulty pronouncing it and just say 'durian' only.
