CHAPTER 27

The day has night. It was dark, just a bunch of fireflies used by the people of the world to become lighting devices. And there are also those who use shining balls that have been channeled by their Light Magic.

That night, Sean and Princess Rosalyn are engaged. All of a sudden, in that throne room, all the prime ministers and higher-ups witnessed the engagement of the King's Daughter to an Adventurer.

Slowly Princess Rosalyn came out of hiding behind the front door of the palace. He walked up to King Erlang while looking down. Once nearby, King Erlang made a sound. "Why don't you take her before she leaves."

"Dad, why are you doing this ?" ask Princess Rosalyn slowly.

King Erlang sighed. "Because I want someone to always take care of you, if one day you're suddenly gone."

"But father has taken his future" said Princess Rosalyn.

"Didn't you like it ?" asked King Erlang, Princess Rosalyn was surprised, she was excited. King Erlang again spoke. "From the look in your eyes looking at him, I know you like him."

"But this isn't how Dad does it, he definitely doesn't like me and maybe now he hates me" said Princess Rosalyn.

Slowly, King Erlang replied."No, trust me, he won't hate you, someday he'll like you."

Princess Rosalyn chose to leave in front of her father. She is saddened that her father suddenly made her betrothed to Sean.

Actually, he's happy to be engaged to Sean. But in his heart, he felt guilty, because he felt that he was blocking Sean's future.

Sean now walked alone towards his inn. He really did not expect that he was engaged to the King's Daughter.

He sighed. "Huhhh, what was my dream last night."

"I wonder, why is there a cave near here ?" ask Sean.

"Dungeons ?" sean asked.

Sean nodded his head. "I seem to have heard of it when I was in high school."

Sean is back on his journey. While he forgot first about his engagement. They talk to each other and joke with the coachman to eliminate boredom.

Sometimes Sean is bored, when he hears Arron, Brian, Isla, and Rin also talk about the engagement of Princess Rosalyn who has spread. But everyone still does not know that Sean is now the fiancee Princess Rosalyn.
