Andam Dewi also moved very quickly. One red shadow shot out and two more heads fell from where it rolled on the ground.
Craakk... Craakk... Craakk...!!
All the rest of the surviving Ghost Shadow Silaiang members were terrified. Cold sweat flooded their backs until they were soaked.
"The Crescent Sword and Red Goddess Kumango we surrendered. We beg for mercy."
"When the people or those you robbed, ask for the same thing you are doing now. What did you do to them ?"
"We are black criminals, our work is so. But you are Mr. Pandeka, a white man. You always have an apology and will not want to kill an opponent who has given up. Even though it was from the black faction." one of the members of Shadow Ghost Shillaiang tried to invite the hearts of Mandaga and Andam.
Andam Dewi was silent. Exactly like the word of the thief, such was the belief instilled in him since childhood.
"You're right..." Mandaga responded to the bandits' words. Andam unconsciously also nodded confirming Mandaga. The rest of the rogues members of Ghost Shadow Silaiang were slightly relieved when Mandaga confirmed all of his remarks.
"Please let us go. We promise not to commit this crime again" the rogue member banged his forehead on the ground. Tears flowed down his cheeks. His friends began to follow his behavior.
"Please forgive us Pandeka" they pleaded. Mandaga was annoyed to hear them, he then took a breath saying.
"All right, but I'm sure that you won't be the bad guys again after...
Zhiie... Craasszz...!
Craakk...!! Crash...!!
the Crescent Sword moved extremely fast. All of the members of the Ghost Shadow Conqueror Silaiang lost one leg and one hand respectively. The screams of pain were heard far away.
"The nation when you Pandeka. You're worse than us criminals. You're... You.." The robber couldn't continue his talk when Mandaga said.
"I have no apologies for rotten criminals like you. Since I promised not to kill, I had to take one hand and one leg. I hope that you will no longer do evil in the future" Mandaga said with a small smile. Andam Dewi goosebumps seeing Mandaga's behavior.
"Why Mandaga ??" Andam Dewi looked at Mandaga questioningly.
"They have been criminals for decades and must have been forgiven by other Pandeka before. But they keep doing it again. Do you think they're too smart to get their word out, if they haven't experienced it yet ??" Mandaga explained the basis of his actions. Andam was silent, but in his heart he confirmed Mandaga's words. What else he saw the criminals were also stunned to hear Mandaga's words.
"Just kill us Pandekas, just kill us Goddesses."
"Let's go" Mandaga mounted his horse, andam followed what Mandaga did.
It was near dusk when they entered the village of Kubu Karambia. Mandaga looking for lodging. There is one rather large restaurant that also provides a place to sleep. They ate and rested in that simple inn. The next morning they continued their journey. Late in the afternoon they saw the Kumango nagari gate. Andam Dewi hastened his horse. After arriving in front of the gate Andam Dewi dismounted from his horse.
The gatekeeper greeted the arrival of Andam Dewi in a friendly manner. The guard looked at Mandaga.
"He's my friend." Andam Dewi explains who Mandaga is.
"Welcome to nagari Kumango, pandeka." the guard greeted Mandaga kindly. Then he looked back at Andam.
"Alright, thanks. Come on, Mandaga." Andam Dewi returned to riding his horse quickly. Mandaga followed Andam from behind.
A moment later Mandaga saw a magnificent house with a very spacious courtyard. Andam Dewi spurred his horse to make it faster and passed through the vast courtyard. Arriving in front of the largest and most magnificent house, Andam Dewi bounces down from his horse. A half-old man picked up a horse's harness.
"Welcome to Puti Andam" he said while making a salute.
"Thank you, how are you, Umam. Oh yeah, bring my friend's horse, too." "Good Puti" replied Mr. Umam smiling. He was the one in charge of taking care of the horses and carriages of the Datuak Kumango Nan Sati family.
Datuak Kumango Nan Sati was sitting talking to his wife Puti Nilawati. Although almost forty years old, Puti Nilawati looks beautiful as a girl in her twenties. If again traveling with Andam they are mistaken for brothers and sisters.
Puti Nilawati is very much feared in the green jungle of Suvarnabhumi martial world. His power is almost without an opponent. The woman is notorious for being cruel to criminals. Not a single criminal escaped death if he met Nilawati. Perhaps that was why she was given the title as the Goddess of Death. Even her husband Datuak Kumango Nan Sati was never able to get close to her magic.
Puti Nilawati is the only granddaughter of Pandeka Swords Suling Kumala who is very powerful. Even according to the story, Pandeka Swords Suling Kumala is the strongest swordsman in the archipelago. Pandeka Swords Suling Kumala lives with his wife at the top of Mount Padang in the region nan jauah. Andam met his great-grandfather and grandfather once, when he was four years old.
"Worship Ananda Mother and Father." Andam Dewi immediately gave prayers and hugged his mother.
"It's good that you've gone home. Did you meet Paneh or Bidin who I told you to look for you ?" Datuak Kumango Nan Sati asked softly at Andam with her heavy voice.
"No, what is it you're looking for Andam ? Oh yeah, Dad, Mommy introduce this friend of Andam's. His name is Mandaga, in the green jungle of the martial world he is known as Pandeka the Sword of the Crescent Moon."
"Worship me to your uncle and aunt." Mandaga saluted his father and his mother Andam.
Datuak Kumango Nan Sati stared intently and deeply at Mandaga. He could not feel the level of strength and abilities of the handsome young man before him. Datuak Kumango glanced at his wife who was smiling gently to Mandaga.
They then chatted more and more here after Nilawati asked the waiter to bring drinks for her daughter and Mandaga.
"Tell me about your adventure and where did you meet Mandaga ?!" Nilawati asked her daughter to tell her a story. Andam Dewi enthusiastically told me about his meeting and adventure with Mandaga. He also told of a trip to the Piaman region and defeated the Kurai Lamun Pirates to help the Yang Dipertuan nagari of the Piaman Sutan Muniang Region.
Nilawati smiled at her daughter's story. She knew her daughter Andam Dewi had fallen in love with Mandaga. He stared at Mandaga for a long time trying to see the contents of the young man his daughter loved.
"So now you've got the title in the green jungle of the martial world, Dewi Merah Kumango ??" Nilawati smiled looking at Andam Dewi. Then he nodded.
"What about you Mandaga ??" Nilawati turned to look at Mandaga. Before the young man answered...
"This Mandaga is Datuk Aluih Tapa's grandson..."
"What...??" Datuak Kumango Nan Sati shouted in surprise. He looked at Mandaga more seriously
"You're Granddaughter Datuk Aluih Tapa, really ??" Datuak Kumango Nan Sati asked Mandaga. The young man nodded.
"Yes, Angguik should be fine. Although very old, but Angguik looks like a person aged three or forty years only. Now settle in the Kerbouwengat ravine." His face suddenly became a bit cloudy. She misses her grandfather Datuk Aluih Tapa.
