Of course the killing soul of Cassie rises. Moreover, her ex-husband was so frightened by her threat.

Andrew smiled, "Do Miss Cassie, if it'll calm you down."

Andrew looked grimacing in pain, he was still trying to get up. Even he was about to shoot Cassie with a gun that he grabbed from his left pocket. Luckily Cassie was able to dodge and now the gun has changed hands on her.
