Chapter 55. Seeking the Actual Perpetrator 2

After returning from the Workshop Medina was so surprised to see Talita was waiting for her at her residence.

"Talita??"

The girl immediately waved her hand upon seeing Medina's arrival.

"What need did you come to my house for?" ask Medina

"I just want to check your car. Where's your car now, why did you change your car?" tanya Talita made the woman instantly pale

"My car's in the garage, what's the matter?" answer Medina

Talita then goes out to look at the car in Medina's garage.

Talita then approached Medina after seeing her car in the trunk.

"It wasn't the car I was looking for, it was this car" Talita said, showing CCTV footage sent by Ardan to her

Instantly Medina's body felt weak when she saw her car hit Rosa's motorcycle.

"No way, I never intended to harm Rosa" Medina replied so frantically

"If you had no intention of harming Rosa then why did you hit her, why did you send her a picture of me with Rehan, did you do it on purpose because you still liked Rehan?" lecar Talita made the girl so frightened

"I didn't do it, I didn't hit Rosa!" exclaiming Medina tried to make sure Talita if not the woman who hit Rehan's wife.

"Tell me at the police station later" Talita replied and left

Not long after two policemen came to arrest Medina. The woman couldn't squirm and could only follow them.

Panicked Medina immediately contacted her lawyer, to help him as the police interrogated her . He did not forget to contact Dika to give guarantees to him.

The man is shocked to learn that Medina is a suspect in Rosa's hit-and-run case.

Dika never thought how his best friend could do evil things just for the sake of a man

"Why are you so reckless!" exclaimed

"Trust me, Dik, I'm not the culprit" Medina said

"If you're not the perpetrator, why did your car caught on CCTV hit Rosa's motorbike?. Admit everything so that you get leniency," replied Dika

"Trust me, I'm not the culprit. I was also confused as to why the car was so similar to my car. Even the license plate is the same,"

Medina later recounted that she was in her office with Rehan.

"Ah right, Rehan, I think he'll be the witness who will set me free,"

Medina then informs the police about Rehan.

The next day Rehan came as a witness. Rehan's testimony led Medina to escape from prison.

The woman was acquitted based on the evidence provided by Rehan. In gratitude to Rehan for his release from prison, Medina invited him to dinner together.

"Thank you Rey, you still care about me" Medina said

"Of course I've always cared about you, if not where might I testify for you" Rehan said

"What exactly is the reason you took a picture of me with Talita and sent it to Rosa?" ask Rehan

Medina looked nervous, she even took a few gulps of water to relieve her nervousness.

"Tell me, I'll never tell anyone why you did it" Rehan said

Hearing the woman's explanation made Rehan immediately embrace her. The man gently rubbed his hair, "I too have the same feeling, are you going to accept me again even though I am still Rosa's husband?" ask Rehan

Medina nodded, Rehan smiled happily at the woman's reply.

Rehan and Medina were lovers before the man knew Talita or Rosa.

Rehan used to be known as a man who likes to date rich girls. But everything changes when we meet Rosa. He thought if Rosa was a real daughter Aditama so he decided Medina who at that time would be engaged to him.

Medina was so depressed when it was decided by Rehan.

The woman even attempted suicide many times because of her disappointment with Rehan.

But Dika best friend managed to convince the woman not to do anything silly.

Dika promises to help Medina to separate Rehan and her lover so that he returns to Medina.

That morning Rosa opened her eyes. Ivana was so happy when she saw her daughter, she called a doctor to check on her condition.

Not long after the doctor came and immediately examined Rosa.

"His condition has improved, hopefully he can recover soon so he can rest at home" said the doctor then left the room

Ivana was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief after learning her daughter's condition had improved.

"Rehan where's Ma?" ask Rosa to find her husband

Ivana just shrugged her shoulders because she didn't see Rehan from yesterday.

"Of course, that jerk has been missing from his nose from yesterday" replied Ivana

"From now on, you better forget that guy, he never cared about you again" he added

Rosa immediately searches for her phone, the woman intends to contact her husband.

But he immediately threw away his phone when he received an mms message from an unknown number.

The girl immediately cried so much that Ivana wondered what had happened to her.

The woman immediately picked up the flat device lying on the floor. He immediately took out his oath of absorption when he saw a photo of Rehan and Medina sleeping in one bed.

"Based on the bastard, I already thought this was going to happen. A man like you would never survive with a poor woman like my daughter. I'm sure you only want treasure when you approach it not for love" Ivana said

When the woman was about to contact her personal assistant, Rosa immediately forbade her.

"Already, ma'am, we don't need to reply. I realized that this might be a rebuke from God for what I used to do to Lita. Now I know what it's like to be betrayed by the people we love when we're down and need them. I used to do the same thing when Talita's sister was sick, we even almost killed her just for the sake of mastering her property. Maybe this is karma from God for what I've done to Talita" Rosa said sobbing

Not long ago Talita came to visit the taste along with Gala. Rosa immediately apologized to Talita and told all the events that happened to her foster sister.

"Once again I'm sorry Brother, now I realize I used to be so mean to you. Now God has punished me" said Rosa, sobbing

The woman then shows Talita the MMS message she received.

"It turns out the culprit was a different person. I'm sure he's the one who tried to run you over" Talita said

"How did you know?" answer Rosa

"It seems he really wants you to part with Rehan" Talita replied
