Iqbal left the hospital in a state of annoyance and anger. At first Iqbal came to give Nathan this good news, and then told Bella as well.
But when I saw the incident Iqbal canceled his intention and then left without saying anything, or even greeting Bella.
Nathan and Bella, unaware of Iqbal's presence, do not know if Iqbal is now gone in a state of anger and resentment.

“Where are you going?” ask Bu Rani.

Bella was fascinated to see how beautiful the park was now filled with colorful lights.

Then suddenly Iqbal came with a flower for Bella. While kneeling in front of Bella, Iqbal reveals his heart to Bella.
