Kenza tapped his feet on the floor with his eyes occasionally staring at the clock in his hand.

"Where the hell is he? Why didn't he come back? It's already 5pm which means I've been waiting for him here for almost 6 hours. But all that time I didn't see her nose stem at all. And stupidly my men don't know where he went today. Damn it," Kenza said.

"Isn't that Miss Kenza? Why does he look so moody? And why is he just sitting there alone?" muttered Heila with questions that were now playing in her brain.

"Geez, why am I so curious why is he just there? Do I need to get close to him now?" he said by considering whether to approach Kenza or not.

"Haishhhh I will not come to him. Maybe he was there because Mr. Adam was examining his patients" he said, ending with a bang on his shoulder before he continued his steps in the other direction.

It did not feel like heila had been for 1 hour walking in the hospital area even though he actually spent 30 minutes sitting in the hospital park by occasionally checking his phone, kenza called or sent himself a message. But it turns out he did not get a phone call or message from Kenza that makes him now frown.

"It's 6 o'clock. Doesn't he want to go home and see his miss continue tomorrow? Or maybe he's gone home first with Mr. Adam again. And because she was so happy that she forgot that I was waiting for her? Haishhhhh if you know that, I will not wait for him all this time," Heila muttered as she got up from her seat.

He stepped into the hospital parking lot to take the driver who drove him home. But it turns out that when he wanted to turn towards the lobby, his eyes accidentally looked towards where he had seen Kenza 1 hour ago there. And how surprised he would be if it turned out that Kenza was still in the same place which meant that his guess was wrong.

And because of that, Heila now undoes his intention to go to the parking lot but he is actually moving towards Kenza who is still alone there.

"Gosh, why is he sleeping here?" heila said before her hand moved to wake Kenza.

Kenza who felt the shock on his arm even made himself now woke up from his sleep.

"Adam," muttered Kenza not yet fully aware.

"I'm not Mr. Adam, Miss. But I am Heila," Heila said. And that made Kenza rub his eyes so that his vision did not blur.

And sure enough when his vision was normal, the person who was now standing in front of him was not Adam but Heila. And that makes him now cluck.

"I thought it was Adam" said Kenza, straightening his body.

"Not Miss. And why is Miss sleeping here? Doesn't Mr Adam have a workspace? Why didn't she tell the lady to rest in her room while she was checking on her patients. Not even letting Miss sleep outside like this," said Heila who now made Kenza sigh, the annoyance in her heart suddenly burst back.

"I haven't met Adam. I don't know where he is now. I was waiting for him here but he never showed up" said Kenza, which surprised Heila.

"Huh? So the lady hasn't met Mr Adam yet?" heila asked to be sure.

"Ck, not yet Heila. And if he's now examining his patients why he's not back in his room. It is impossible for him to examine a patient for up to 6 hours like this. Even if he's a patient he really has a lot he should come back for a short break and just go back to check on his patient" said Kenza, who made Heila became concerned about the Miss.

"Then what if Miss calls the person that Miss assigned to follow Mr. Adam. We ask him where Mr. Adam really is" Heila said.

"If they knew where Adam was now, I couldn't have kept waiting for him here. The people I assigned to keep an eye on Adam, they all have no idea where he is right now, they really don't work" Kenza said.

"Hmmm then do you want to keep waiting for Mr. Adam here. But if I may suggest it's better we go home now and we'll come back tomorrow," heila said that made Kenza sigh violently before the woman now stood up from her seat and without a word she walked away from the place leaving Heila who was now shaking her head before she walked to follow kenza's move.
