RAISINS (Mystery Stories)
Haunted Stop

*Cric crick krik krik krik krik

A man wearing a work coat walked towards a bus stop. The bus stop was so quiet, there was only a woman wearing a black blazer, sitting with a lowered position.

"Hoaaam~... Why is my job so much today?! I have to continue it tomorrow morning! I don't want to miss the bus!" Complain about the man.

The man also looked at the scheduled departure of the bus on the bus stop board, while occasionally looking at his watch. The time on his watch shows at nine p.m.

After looking at the schedule board, the man then sat down next to the woman who was sitting with the lowered position.

The woman's face was not visible at all, as it was covered in her long hair. Every now and then the man looked towards the woman. The man was very confused, as the woman had been sitting quietly looking down without moving at all since earlier.

"Well! Fortunately, I decided to go home soon! If not, I might have missed the last bus!" Said the man while looking at the woman.

Again the woman remained silent. Though the man deliberately provoked a conversation with the woman. The woman kept quiet, as if she did not care about the man sitting next to her.

While waiting for the arrival of the last bus, the man looked around. The atmosphere around the stop felt very quiet, no one else and other vehicles were passing around the stop. At the stop, there was no one else but him and the woman who were still at the stop.

The atmosphere in that place really felt lonely. There was only the sound of crickets breaking the silence that night.

*Wush~

The sound of the wind on that silent night, made the atmosphere in that place become creepy, coupled with the presence of a woman who was still sitting quietly looking down with hair covering her entire face. Adding to the sinister impression around the deserted stop.

**Wush~

*Brr*...

No-not only did the man's body become goosebumps, after a cold night wind hit his body. It was not only the night wind that made his body shudder. The silent atmosphere of the night made him suddenly goosebumps in fear.

The man looked at the woman next to him again. He did not give up on asking the woman to talk. He looked for a way to talk to the woman, so that silence would not be felt in that place.

The man took a cigarette out of his pocket. He smokes while thinking about a topic of conversation to get the woman to talk.

"Ekhem! Excuse um. Um... Miss, did you just sit here alone?" Ask the man.

The woman who looked down started to react after being spoken to by the man. The woman responded to the man's words by nodding slowly without looking at the man.

The man was happy, after his words were finally responded by the woman. He was no longer afraid, because of the woman. He became no longer afraid, because the woman finally wanted him to talk to her.

The man continued talking with the woman, although she only responded to all of his words by nodding slowly or simply shaking her head without looking at the man.

Time passed too. I don't think time has shown at half ten in the night. The last bus the man had been waiting for finally arrived at the bus stop.

"Oh! My bus has arrived! Um... Miss please you ride first." Said the man.

Again the woman simply replied by shaking her head slowly without speaking. The woman still looked down, even though the man was standing.

"Emmm... Are you waiting for another invitation?" Ask the man again.

The woman again replied by simply nodding her head without looking at the man again.

Just as the man wanted to talk again to the woman, suddenly the bus driver who was waiting for the man, got off the bus and patted the man on the shoulder.

*tep!

"Sir. What are you waiting for? It's been a very night. The bus only runs until tenpm! After all, the people on the bus were waiting. They want to go home soon! Do you want to take my bus or not?!" Ask the bus driver.

"Ah. Wait a minute sir, I'm waiting for this woman to be picked up by someone first. I'd be sorry, if I just dropped it here." Said the man.

"Women? A pickup? What is this father talking about? I saw my father alone at this stop! I got off the bus to call my dad and get on my bus!" Said the bus driver.

The man who did not believe the bus driver's words turned to face the bus stop, where the woman was sitting.

Sure enough, the woman who was sitting at the stop had suddenly disappeared without a trace. Of course it makes the man surprised instead of playing.

He was confused, because the woman he was talking to disappeared mysteriously, without realizing it.

"Ta.. but ta.. earlier..I saw a woman here sir! I'm not lying! Ba.... how can it be?!!!" The man said in disbelief.

"All right sir I understand. I will explain it to you on the way. Better, you get in this very night, there's no one here." Said the bus driver as he walked into the bus.

The man still could not believe what he had just experienced. He tried to be sure again for the second time. He walked towards the bus while looking around, to confirm the whereabouts of the woman who had suddenly disappeared.

When he got on the bus, the man looked back at the bus stop again. How surprised he was after looking at the bus stop.

There was a woman who suddenly appeared and stood at that stop. The woman had a pale white face and looked towards the man.

After all the passengers boarded, including the man, the bus driver immediately drove the bus at high speed.

The still curious man still continued to look towards the woman standing at the stop. As the bus drove away from the stop, the woman standing at the stop disappeared.

The man sat down next to the bus driver to listen to the story about the stop.

"Sir. Do you know anything about that thing?" Ask the man.

"Yes. I know from my passengers who are always waiting at that stop. They said the stop was haunted!" Speak to the bus driver while focusing on driving the bus.

"What?! Be... haunted?!" The man said in shock.

"Yes. Actually was... When I came to the stop earlier, from the bus, I could see my father talking to himself. Therefore, I immediately called my father to quickly get on the bus." Said the bus driver.

"I speak for myself? Then why didn't you tell me?" Ask the man.

"I just don't want to scare you. After all, you are not the first person to experience this incident. I told you, my passenger who was waiting at the stop, had experienced the same incident as my father."

"Do you know why the stop is haunted?" Ask the man curious.

"Eitherway. I heard from people around the place. No one knew how it happened, but suddenly there was a female spirit that was flying at the stop. If not mistaken, the ghost story of the woman at the bus stop happened recently." Say that bus driver again.

The man who heard the story from the bus driver suddenly felt goosebumps again. He also did not dare to ask again about the stop, because he was afraid.....
