Chapter 121 In Threatened

A week later.

Clara and Juan were doing their usual activities. Juan actually wanted Clara to quit her job because she could give Clara whatever she wanted, but Clara asked her husband to allow her to keep working so as not to feel bored alone in the apartment.

"You have to learn to drive a car, baby, so if you get bored you can go shopping or visit your brother" said Juan.

"Dear no, I'd rather just work to make money. Shopping will only waste money" Clara replied.

"I work to meet your needs, dear, what people say if you still work after we get married" said Juan.

"Waalaikum greetings, I'm sorry today I can't pick you up. There was a problem in the finance department at the factory, it looks like I have to overtime until night" Juan said.

"It's okay, I can go home by myself. Is something serious going on there, honey?" ask Clara.

After finishing Clara immediately continued her work which remained a little more. At exactly 16:00 he was preparing to go home.

"I went home alone, he said overtime today" replied Clara.

"Yes there, Bella's sister is waiting in the lobby" said Clara.

"Eh what is it?" tanya Bagas saw Clara holding a brown parcel like a package from a courier.

"Oh this is a package for me, the courier left it at the security guard post" replied Clara.

"I've heard Mas Juan's story about the package sent to the apartment, it's better to open it for fear of harm" said Bagas.

Clara confirmed Bagas' remarks, she should be wary of obscure packages. He was really traumatized, he followed Bagas' advice and opened the package. It turned out to be just a seemingly normal camera, there was nothing else inside.

He walked across to his apartment. The apartment guard as usual greeted him kindly, Clara responded kindly as well. After cleaning himself and changing clothes, he looked back at the camera.

"Who sent me this thing?" clara asked while watching the camera.

Suddenly his phone rang, a notification sms from a number not stored in his contact appeared. Clara immediately opened the sms.

[Turn on that camera, they'll I'll let go if you leave my son! I'm not kidding, if you tell Juan or anyone else then they won't all survive!]

Clara Shock read the sms. He immediately grabbed the camera to turn it on, but a text came back in on his phone.

[Leave my son as if you were gone, lest he be suspicious. You can bring the dowry he gave you except that apartment. They'll all let me go, after my men see your departure. Go quickly and leave no traces!]

Clara immediately turned on the camera, she was flabbergasted to keep her mouth shut so as not to scream. He saw both his parents and two younger siblings tied up in chairs. O God, he really did not expect Juan's father to be this determined to separate them.
