A New Beginning.
One day after Zhang Xiao Long was crowned Emperor Li Xiao Long with his title was Grand Emperor Li Hong Long in the main hall of the Red Dragon Empire palace. Zhang Xiao Long announced a number of new officials who replaced a number of old officials in the era of his government.

"I announce the Great Princess Wen Baoning as the Queen of the Red Dragon Empire." Zhang Xiao Long gave the title of Queen to Wen Baoning.
"Thank you for your kindness, Your Majesty. " An Wen Baoning replied giving the best smile to Zhang Xiao Long.
"I also announce that Young Miss Nalan Yan Ran has been crowned as the Honorary Empress of the Red Dragon Empire."Zhang Xiao Long said that she has given the title of Honorary Empress to Nalan Yan Ran.
