Someone touched Mr. Narayan's shoulder. He turned his head and found one of the twins staring at him blankly.
"Dad, it's itchy, it's sick," he said in a raucous voice.
Mr. Narayan saw something was wrong. His cheeks peeled off and there was a scab on the right cheek of his son.
Blood keeps coming out when the little one scratches it. Soon after, one by one the members of the Narayan family also suffered the same mysterious wounds that appeared on their bodies. But not with Salma.
The frantic screams of the wife and her twin sons were getting more and more inevitable. Salma began to scream and ask what really happened, but her father was even more confused, all happened suddenly.he did not understand how this could suddenly happen
his family.
