CH 22 - Suicide

The expedition led by Alicia, was going out of the fortress to eradicate the demon animals.

"Is the information provided by Captain Kensa valid.?" Alicia asked while waiting for her horse.

"I don't know, either, this information was so long ago, about 2 years ago." Answer Eva.

"Em, but the royal warriors are still on expeditions every day, what are they doing out there.?" Said Alicia.

"Maybe they were busy saving themselves from fighting." Saut Herry's.

"They fished demon animals one by one Herry, the soldiers here were unable to fight with high-level demon animals." Said Eva.

"We'd better finish this mission, then we'll go back to the capital." Said Alicia.

"Okay, we'll really be promoted as royal knights." Herry said with a smile.

A few moments later. Alicia's expedition team arrived in front of the last gate.

"Welcome to the southern fortress of Her Highness the Princess." Said the guard there

"Open the gate." Said Alicia.

"Ready to execute orders. OPEN THE GATE." Shouted the guard.

CREETES. The gate is also wide open.

"The laughter is so gripping." Said Herry who saw the wilds there.

"Why can her aura be like this.? Isn't this an area free from natural energy.?" Ask Alicia.

"We all want to know why, Alicia." Saut Eva's.

"If we knew the reason, there's no way we'd be sent out there." Herry.

"Well, for two teams, Herry goes with Eva. I'll lead ahead, you go east." Said Alicia.

"Ready to do." Eva and Herry.

"TEAM EXPEDITION 2, DEPART." Shouted Eva.

"EXPEDITION TEAM 1, FOLLOW ME." Shouted Alicia.

They all moved into their own positions.

Elsewhere above the fort, Kensa and Klain were watching the Expeditionary forces from above the fort.

"I hope they're all safe." Klain.

"Huh, even the strongest warrior won't be able to eradicate the demonic beasts out there." Kensa Saut.

"What do you mean.?" Ask Klain.

"The nobles are so greedy. To sacrifice the King's daughter." Answer Kensa.

"Ah, so that's what you mean, we're old to join them." Saut Klain's.

"They won't all come back here again. Even my army can only lure one by one demonic beast into the tower." Kensa.

"Hem, what a pity, the rice has become porridge. We can't do anything anymore." Saut Klain's.

At Rudy's and the others.

"We wait for Emma. I can't decide." Said Rudy.

"If they're still alive, maybe they'll be our friends at the Academy." Said Rudy.

"Emma, it's been a long time." Said Rudy.

Suddenly TIING. The notification sound that appeared in front of Rudy.

[Rudy, the registration place is so crowded, maybe I'll just come back later tonight. The queue is very long here]

"Heh.? Emma." - Emma." Said Rudy.

"Has he come back, where is he.?" Ask Marco.

"He sent me a ballot, said he'd be back later tonight." Answer Rudy.

Suddenly GRRR. The roar of a Rank S Demon Beast that came towards Eva.

"He. uh.?" Herry who saw it was very surprised.

"No way, his aura is so powerful, is it a Rank S. demon beast.?" Eva said dumbfoundedly.

"GET OUT OF HERE QUICKLY." Shouted Herry to all his troops.

...

At Alicia's place.

"Your Majesty, the rearguard soldiers have all been wiped out." The royal captain said.

"Huh, huh, I don't think the demon animals here are so powerful." Alicia said with a breath.

"Evocate the troops to retreat slowly. We're gonna reorder our plans." Said Alicia.

"Execute the orders." The captain said as he walked away.

Suddenly SRAK. The sound of the claws of the demonic beast cutting off the Captain's head. GRDR.

"Heh.?" Alicia was surprised.

"Impossible, even in the report there are no demon animals Rank AA. Why is there a demon animal Rank S.?" Alicia said dumbfoundedly.

"Your Majesty, get the hell out of here, we'll distract him." Said one of the soldiers there.

GRDR. GROOAR. The roar of the demon beast Rank S. Then came out a number of demon beasts with the same Rank from the front, and they immediately attacked the soldiers there.

"AAAAH. TOLOOONG." The screams of the soldiers.

THE SRAK SRAK SLASH. SWOSH. The sound of slashes killing the soldiers there.

Alicia was only stunned and gulped repeatedly.

"Why did this happen.? Why did the demon animal Rank S come out so much.?" Said Alicia.

"It's impossible." Alicia fell down by herself. He's really very scared.

"Impossible, the expedition this time was like a suicide. I can't even move now." Alicia said with great fear.

GRDRR. The demonic beast approached Alicia slowly.

On the fort.

"Maybe these gentlemen can explain it." Lilia replied, looking at Kensa and Klain.

Then. DEEP. DEEP. The sound of Rudy and Lilia's body just disappeared.
