Chapter 3 The Girl I Know

"Why are you smiling like that? Lucas just tell me if the job I'm giving you is too much for you to do,"

"I don't want my aide or my personal assistant to go crazy over work," said the golden-haired male figure to the brown-haired male figure using Monocle glasses focus on checking every document on the table

"I'm not crazy and also what makes me overtime like that is you so please do the job as well as possible it will reduce my burden," lucas said with a cold and sharp look towards the male figure

'Well, maybe it's just that I'm looking forward to my next meeting with the girl who will be my future wife' Lucas said in his heart with a faint smile as he continued his work

On the other hand in the mansion Tia is writing her diary of how she will make her third life change, after her memories of her two lives are allowed to remain.

"First of all I think leaving the Shavonne family is the most important option,"

"But, at the moment a magic tool of some kind of DNA test does not exist yet, in the previous life it only existed about three years from now,"

"If I want to hurry then I have to go to the magician tower to ask them to make this tool and then I can leave from the Shavonne family," Tia murmured as she wrote in her diary

After writing her diary, Tia walked into the storage room of accessories and fancy dresses that were on the big door not far from her. There Tia counted all the treasures she had, after finishing counting she went out secretly from the mansion to the town square through a hidden wall hole in the bushes.

In the town square Tia did not show herself directly she used a hood to cover herself until she finally came to a place that would intercede herself with the magic tower later. A building that is deliberately left looks quite old, but inside is very luxurious and magnificent. Tia learned of this place from the novel she had read in her previous two lives, a place known as the underworld information guild and the biggest gambling place in the kingdom.

"Welcome lady, it seems like this is your first time to this place,"

"Because you first came here I suggest trying to play at our casino,"

The masked female servant immediately led Tia to a quiet corridor that was getting further away from the luxurious hall until a few minutes passed and they arrived at a door of a room quite different from the one the door of the other room in the corridor he passed by.

"Miss, I can only guide you to this doorstep, our master is in the room so you just have to go straight in," said the masked female servant figure while looking down respectfully then left Tia alone in front of the door

Tia initially wanted to knock on the door, suddenly a man appeared who opened the big door allowing Tia to enter the room. Tia without long stepped into the room that looks big there is a man sitting with a masked headscarf, but the mask is not a lion mask or gold.

"Welcome, miss, is there anything you need from us?" ask the figure of the hooded man in a friendly tone

"Can you make a magic tool? I hope it's done as soon as possible because I want to use it immediately,"

For a moment the man was surprised to hear what he said, but then he picked up the scroll and began to check the request for the magic tool he wanted to make. After a while checking the contents of the paper scroll the figure of the hooded man nodded.

"We will ask the best magician to solve it as soon as possible no need to worry,"

"But, before that let's make the contract," said the figure of the hooded man who suddenly appeared a roll of paper, a quill and gray ink

"You may be confused as to why this ink is gray instead of black or blue?"

"That's because the god I respect is the god of contracts, and this gray ink is special ink for those who do business or covenants,"

"This ink uses the heart chain of each person who made the agreement," explained the hooded man after seeing Tia who was seen continuing to look at the floating ink as magic made Tia nod her head in understanding

The contract between Tia and the information guild was then drawn up on the scroll paper, both sides obtained the contract paper, and, after Tia got what she wanted she decided to go straight back to the mansion without being discovered at all.

"Lucas, why are you smiling like that? Are you going to kill people again?" asked a man who placed a stack of papers on the table with a sharp look

"No, it's just that but I didn't expect to meet the girl I know here" Lucas said, removing the hood and mask he was wearing

"Girl? Couldn't the last girl get out of here just now? You like her?"

"If you're after that girl can you check your health first? I'm worried that in the future that girl feels sorry to be married to you in the future," said the silver-haired male figure by walking back a few steps back feeling goosebumps listening to that unreasonable remark

"So, you mean I'm crazy? If I don't get it wrong in the north I still need a commander of the army,"

"I will convey to the crown prince to give yourself the position of commander there later," lucas said with a cold look and a gentle smile towards the silver-haired male figure that was in front of him goosebumps

The silver-haired man immediately knelt down and held tightly onto Lucas's leg, begging him and apologizing for not being sent north, for the north was a very cold and dangerous place.

"You can't do this to your friend and your bodyguard,"

"Alright, I won't send you north, but make this magic artifact within a week,"

'I think the eyes of troubled people, Lucas should be called the devil not a benevolent messenger of the gods,'
