"You sure you want to sleep in Andreas' apartment tonight.?" Mella asked a little whisper. Afraid Andreas would hear his words, because the man was putting Nisa's things in his car. Nisa and Mella were standing not far from Andreas' car.
Nisa nodded though she was actually also hesitant if she should stay at Andreas' apartment tomorrow she and Andreas will have a wedding.
"Andreas says there are 2 rooms in his apartment that are empty, I can use one of those rooms." Nisa.
He only wished that Andreas had not lied to him about the 2 empty rooms there.
Nisa is certainly reluctant to sleep one room with Andreas, although after marriage inevitably have to sleep in the same room.
"Tomorrow afternoon do not forget to prepare early. Andreas has already told people to pick you up later and drop you off at the reception," Nisa said. Suddenly her eyes began to dew, looking at Mella tearfully. There was a sad feeling of having to get out of contract and away from Mella. Afraid that her best friend will have trouble and she will not be next to him. While Mella is not the type of person who easily asks for help because she prefers to bear it herself.
"No need to start," Tegur Mella as she elbowed Nisa's arm. He realized his best friend would cry because his face was already look sad.
"This is not a farewell event, after marriage we will often meet in the shop," he said.
Nisa nodded in understanding, but still felt hard to stay away from Mella.
"If there's anything, don't forget to tell me yes" Pinta Nisa. She wants to be there for Mella, like Mella has always been there for her since she first set foot in this city.
"Back of Nis, I should've said it like that."
"You must remain careful." Mella.
"There, it was Andreas, who was waiting," Mella turned her gaze toward Andreas, making Nisa look there and see Andreas who was sitting at the wheel.
Nisa hugs Mella before finally leaving and getting into Andreas' car.
"It looks like it's going to rain" Andreas said as he thrust a few sheets of tissue at Nisa with a faint look on her face.
Nisa who realized that Andreas was touching him, immediately put on a pouting face. But he also took a tissue from Andreas' hand.
"Mella's the only friend I've got in town." Nisa commented a thin smile. The tissue given by Andreas only he played because he tried not to cry in front of Andreas. Nisa did not want to show her weak side in front of the man.
"Really,,?" Andreas.
The woman he spoke to nodded quickly.
"There's a lot of workers in karaoke, why don't you befriend them." Andreas.
It feels strange that Nisa only has 1 friend in a city this big.
“You know for yourself what they look like." Answer Nisa. He can't be friends with people who might just plunge him into negative things. Almost all of the karaoke workers had side jobs.
"Isn't he just like them.?"
"Mella's an exception, 'cause I just trust her." Nisa's fast.
"He took care of me very well, even though he himself was already falling apart."
That made Nisa quiet. It still hurts to talk about something Andreas has taken.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it that way" Andreas clasped Nisa's hand, staring regretfully at the woman.
"No problem. It's true." Nisa carved a stiff smile.
"I look after him for my future husband, but he was taken first by my future husband." Nisa stared fixedly at Andreas' face, wanting to see if the man still felt regret or just the opposite.
"It seems I'm very lucky," Andreas said with a smile.
...****...
Nisa followed Andrew's steps. The man takes Nisa to one of the luxury apartment buildings.
He stopped in front of one of the doors located on the top floor.
"Just here." Andreas said to the security guard who brought 2 large suitcases belonging to Nisa.
"Good sir." The middle-aged man lowered both suitcases by placing them near the door.
"Thank you," Nisa said before the security guard left. Because Andreas just kept quiet did not say anything, just give a few pieces of money to the officer.
"Former to say thank you Ndre," Tegur Nisa said softly.
Andreas just turned his head with a faint smile, he invited Nisa inside to pull Nisa's suitcase to carry, go inside.
"They need more money than thanks." Andreas only responded to Nisa's words after entering and closing the door.
"You can sleep there." Andrew pointed to one of the rooms doors. Then pull the suitcase into the room.
"Since when have you lived here.?" Ask Nisa while observing all corners of the apartment that is equipped with luxury items and elegant designs.
"5 years ago, after I finished my studies in New York."
Andrew opened the room door. Nisa still followed him behind.
"So you've rarely lived at home.?" Nisa kept asking questions of Andreas. He wanted to know more about the man's life in his teenage years.
It might be heavier than Nisa had imagined.
"Whose house is it.? My only place is here." Andreas' tone sounded full of anger. So too with his eyes.
It was as if there was a bad incident that made Andreas become emotional while discussing it.
"I'm gonna take a shower first. Just take care of your things, let me help you." Andreas then rushed out leaving Nisa alone in the room.
