ch-24 Luck Mo Lang

"It's time to look for the treasure" Mo Shen said with a delighted smile.

After that Mo Shen immediately jumped into the lake and dived in search of something protected by the illusionary worm.

Mo Shen had already dived for a few minutes but he had yet to find anything interesting from this lake, but Mo Shen was not easily discouraged he continued to search to the sidelines of the lake.

After arriving in the cave Mo Shen was a little surprised because there was a barrier separating between the lake and the entrance of the cave so that water from the lake could not enter the cave.

Mo Shen who immediately entered the cave was surprised by what he saw, the article in the cave turned out to be wider than he expected.

"Did the worm previously live inside this cave? It's good then because there might be a treasure in this residence" Mo Shen said as he scanned his surroundings.

But after observing for a few minutes Mo Shen realized that the cave was nothing but a pill on the rock right in the middle of the cave room.

"It looks like it is a treasure protected by this illusionary worm" Mo Shen said as he walked towards the pill.

After arriving in front of the pill, Mo Shen immediately took it to check the efficacy of the pill. It had been a few minutes Mo Shen examined the pill until finally the look on his face became happy and formed a smile.

"Hehehe looks like it's Xiao Lang's luck" said Mo Shen who immediately stored the pill into his storage ring.

Mo Shen went back to inspect every corner of the cave but he found nothing else but the pill earlier.

"Hmmm it seems like only this pill is left, huh why today my luck is so bad" Mo Shen lamented in his heart.

Feeling that there were no more treasures Mo Shen immediately came out of the cave and went straight to the surface.

On the edge of the lake more precisely on a large rock Mo Lang who was sleeping was shocked by someone who came out of the lake and headed towards it. The person was none other than Mo Shen who had just exited the lake and headed straight towards the sleeping Mo Lang.

Seeing that his old man was already out of the lake, Mo Lang immediately ran towards Mo Shen and Mo Shen only responded by stroking Mo Lang's head slowly.

Seeing the pill Mo Lang put on a look of astonishment because he did not know what the efficacy of the pill was shown by his master. Seeing Mo Lang's astonished look on the face Mo Shen immediately gave an explanation to the efficacy of the pill.

"This pill is called the Saint Beast Pill, so named because this pill can help you to break through from the Half Saint realm to the realm that is at the top of the Saint realm with ease, and for an explanation of the realm above Half Saint then I will explain later" Mo Shen told Mo Lang.

"It must have been the unlucky worm*n had found another pill until he was able to break through to the 3rd level of the Heavenly Realm" Mo Shen said in his heart.

Hearing what his master said Mo Lang was happy even though he still did not understand about this Saint realm but he felt very happy after knowing that the pill in front of him could help him to breaking through to the realm above Half Saint easily. Immediately he jumped onto Mo Shen's body and licked it happily.

"Ahahah well alright I know you are very excited therefore I will give you this pill when you reach Half Saint realm level 3" Mo Shen said.

"And it also seems that there are no more treasures stored in this lake, now is the time for us to continue our journey to the eastern region" mo Shen said as he walked from the lake which was no longer covered by fog.

This Mist Lake can no longer be called Fog Lake, because with the death of the illusion worm, the illusionary fog that enveloped the entire lake had disappeared separating a lake with natural Qi energy that was more concentrated than around the lake.

Immediately Mo Shen and Mo Lang resumed their journey to head to the eastern region by running. After running for a few days Mo Shen felt bored on his way until he finally climbed Mo Lang to sleep on it.

"Xiao Lang, can I climb up your body to rest? I'm tired of seeing this view of the forest" Mo Shen said in a begging tone.

Hearing his old words, Mo Lang did not think much of directly raising Mo Shen to his body. Feeling the softness of Mo Lang's feathers made Mo Shen sleepy until he finally fell asleep before falling asleep he said something to Mo Lang.

"Xiao Lang you're very soft, with this soft fur makes me think whether you're a female or a male? But it doesn't really matter because when you're in a higher realm than this then you can turn your body into human form then that's when I'll figure out your gender" mo Shen said then after that he fell asleep.

Although he believed that if a beast had reached a certain realm then he would have intelligence like a human but he never thought that a beast could change its form into a human. In the middle of the journey they also met many wild beasts and bandits in groups, but they only became a punching bag for Mo Shen and Mo Lang. They also sometimes stop in cities that are on their way to rest and replenish supplies of groceries.

Until finally after running for several weeks the two of them almost arrived at the imperial capital of Dun who was a businessman in the eastern region of this Xuanyuan Continent.
