This morning, the sky was covered in clouds. Vehicle passing by. School is still empty. The clock still shows at six. The cool air that fills the classroom adds to the dark effect.

The sound of footsteps could be heard in the school corridor. Rin has arrived at school, she walks down the corridor to her class. Not far from Rin to his classroom. Someone suddenly called him.

"RINNN.." cried Aksa while running.

Rin turned his head, finding an Aksa running towards him. Without aba Aksa hugged Rin. Then ask him.

"I was at your house, but your brother said he had left. I'm worried" Aksa explained to Rin.

"Hold her hug! The cave is not why you relax." Rin replied coldly.

"Friend." Rin replied coldly.

Aksa who saw Rin's nosebleed.Without the approval of Rin , he took Rin's body and took her to the UKS room.

Upon hearing Rin's request, Aksa heads to the parking lot to pick up a car to drive Rin to the hospital.

Rin's face was pale eloquently, Aksa drove his car to break the city. It didn't take long, he arrived at the hospital. He lifts Rin from the car seat to the IGD room with a small run. After that, Aksa waited for Rin outside the IGD, sitting with his body now squeezed.

"Mother, will Aksa lose again? After Zea?" - Inner Aksa

There is a fear in Aksa's heart of whether he will be ready to lose someone similar to his best friend first. Should he lose again. Unknowingly her tears just escaped.

IGD Room

All the tools have been attached to Rin's body, the once cheerful face now looks calm. His condition is now critically caused by a relapsing anemia. While Rin's blood type is very difficult to get, namely Bn negative.

"Sus, the patient needs negative B blood because the anemia relapses, please find negative B blood type immediately!" Doctor's orders to the nurse with him.

The nurse nodded in understanding as ordered by the doctor. He then exited the IGD room.

Aksa who saw the nurse coming out immediately got up from her seat and approached the nurse.

"Sus, how's my friend doing?" Ask with hunting breath

"I can't say, let the doctor deliver your friend's condition later."

"But sus, I'm worried!" Answer Aksa squeezed back

"Mas, please contact your family. Because you really need B negative blood. Because the negative blood supply in this hospital has been depleted."  The nurse came back in.

"Hallo sis.." missed phone call

"Sister, Rin needs blood. There's no blood supply in a medical hospital that's B negative." His sister to Rin's sister.

The phone connection was cut off.

Gibran began to worry because the chat that he had sent no answer from Rin. Gibran starts opening a laptop to track Rin down. Location indicates a hospital. As if he had a nightmare, he stood up, picked up the hijacker and his car keys.

He went to the location he was tracking, then called someone.

Gibran hangs up, he drives his car. Gibran's phone rang from someone he called.

"I got a blood donor sir, please share location."  The phone was decided unilaterally by Gibran.

Soon Gibran's men sent the location of the hospital.

Gibran already knew Rin's disease. The night after he met Rin, he told his confidants to look for medical records on behalf of Isabela Sabrina and everything related to Rin. From there he learned of the disease that Rin hid autoimmune diseases that are difficult to cure unusual anemia.

"Anjir, just so you know Isabella Sabrina is the girl you've been looking for!" Gibran

"Huh? Joking you!" Answer Aksa

"We moved to Korea first, so that little girl you survived, that's the girl in there." Point Aksa at IGD space

The flashback

The day before Ibel woke up from her coma, little Gibran cried in her room, forcibly forced by her stepfather and her mother to move to Korea.  The little Gibran wanted to visit and wait for his friend to recover.

A boy opened the door to Gibran's little room.

Gibran nodded in agreement to his sister's words.  Aksa's tiny hand was holding Gibran's small hand. Take him out of his room.

At ten they leave for the airport. But, at Gibran's request, they drove Gibran to see his friend. On condition that Gibran must get high grades and be able to divide his time to learn business at that time.

Inevitably turned out that what was sought and loved by his stepbrother was his new friend. Isabella Sabrina is a pretty name as pretty as her face.

A nurse came out with Rin lying on a hospital bed.

"Sorry, I would like to transfer the patient to the VVIP ward that Mr. Gibran has chosen. Miss Isabella's condition has been as stable as the doctor told us to move the lady" said the nurse leaving them

"It's your pay!"  Gibran gave the money he promised to a teenage girl in plain clothes.

"Thank you, sir, I can finally take you to the hospital." Said the girl.

A doctor came out of the IGD room,

"I want to know more about this patient." Gibran

"Follow my room sir!"  Ask the doctor

Gibran followed the doctor's steps until he was in the doctor's room.  The doctor began to tell her about the illness Rin had suffered. If Rin's anemia gets worse then rin's disease is not trivial.

Gibran who was walking through the hallway to the ward where Rin, his head tips dizzy and his chest feels tight. Aksa who walks from the park to Rin's ward. He saw his older brother who was squeezing and leaning against the hospital wall.

Aksa also ran to see the brother he loved almost fell. Aksa knew very well Gibran thought of things beyond his power. Until he can just relax.

"Are you okay?"

"What's wrong, take the cave to Rin's ward" Gibran told his sister.

Now they are in Rin's ward.

Aksa sat on the couch and played her phone.  Gibran sits beside Rin's bed. Gibran rubbed Rin's head and held her hand and kissed Rin's hand. Gibran tears escaped flowing.

"Don't go again, I'll be screwed to see you like this." - inner Gibran Stevano Aditya

Gibran sobbed slowly, unable to imagine how he would lose the figure of the woman he loved from childhood. The tightness of Gibran's chest is not gone.

Eagle eyes Aksa glanced at her brother who was crying near her friend. The tools attached to Rin's body are enough to make Aksa's mind torn apart.

"Sister, I can't see my brother's tears, sorry my father often beat me up. My heart feels claustrophobic to see my sister cry." - Inner Aksa
