32. Buying cake for the in-laws

Dilan looked at the car that came to pick up Melinda.

Unknowingly the man's hand clenched tightly as he felt very upset to see Melinda back in the car from the man who had slapped her earlier this morning.

'Why did he go back with that guy? Was his words when he was drunk a lie? But,, everyone says that a drunk person is the most honest person and expresses his heart. But Melinda,,, ' Dilan was so angry, the man drove back to his apartment.

Meanwhile, Jessica, who was in the car, sat quietly while playing her phone.

"Let's stop by to buy souvenirs for your father and mother-in-law." Melinda was immediately taken by Niko, then the man turned his car into a mall.

Melinda wandered around the place and she finally found something she was looking for.

"You want to buy that?" Niko asked as she looked at the strange cake that Melinda had just seen.

It is a ladoo which is a typical cake from India made using long bean flour.

"Yes, I hear it's really good so I want to buy it for my father and mother-in-law." Melinda clearly knew that Ayu was allergic to long beans, so she wanted to give it as a gift to her mother-in-law.

Because when she becomes Niko's wife and is pregnant, she hates eating foods made from nuts, but her mother-in-law continued to give her the nuts because she wished that she would die in her pregnancy so that all the treasures she left would soon become the property of Niko and her parents.

"Then, buy a lot so that father and mother get a good impression." Said Niko who did not know at all that the cake in Melinda's hand is a cake that contains long bean flour.
