17. Super Understanding Husband

The POV Dena

I had just bathed Rama in our room with a baby tub filled with warm-toenail water, as Ray came out in his bath coat and kept quiet, this husband did not even try to say hello or at least talk somehow so that the atmosphere is not awkward like this.

"I'm sorry about last night…"

"Rama was probably just a little less full last night, or because the lights were off, so she cried."

Ray immediately prevented me from talking much, he was a tripical man of attention and did not put forward ego self-interest.

"Maybe we can do it later tonight, I promise that even Rama won't bother us," I tried not to let him down.

"Today it may be Rama, but later .. ah, for what is the talk of the past. I'll wait for you to be ready, I'm not a forced man of the will even if it's in his distress."

It's lucky to get a guy like Rayyan. "I'm actually ready. But maybe it's not time yet."

Ray just nodded and stood in front of the closet and chose his clothes.

"I've just prepared your clothes, this is your shirt complete with your underwear," I pointed to the corner of the bed where I put my husband's clothes before bathing Rama.

It seems he didn't say anything. I often serve him in small matters such as preparing his clothes, but a few days yesterday not, because I who just finished college a month had to face many meetings with old man Gilang. Serving my husband and children is very difficult.

I put Rama in the middle of the bed. This I did so that Rama would get a beam of sunlight from the open window. "Can take care of it for a while, I'll take a shower" I said, taking my toiletries hanging in my closet.

"Bring," he said.

The splashing of water during the shower made me not know what was going on. Afraid of Ray doing strange things as 'revenge' against Rama who bullies us.

I'm getting close to Ray. "Didn't he cry consciously?"

"I guess not. He's calm," he replied.

Indeed when I saw Rama sleeping very comfortably in his place. But the shadow that Ray had scolded Rama or maybe did something to calm Rama down? You see, Rama will always cry where as if to show that he does not like Ray, so there is no way Ray can lift it with a calm state of Rama.

"Why Rama could be here. Doesn't Rama like you a little?"

Ray showed a smile. "Come on, I'm his father. Maybe I just need to learn how to hold a baby so that Rama is comfortable and hooked with me. Oh yeah, today I'm just addressing a patient who's scheduled a check-up today. So I guess I can keep Rama with bi Inah while you're not home."

I smiled sweetly at him. "Thank you."

"For what reason?"

"You're very kind and I feel unworthy for having so much wrong with you."

"What is your fault?" he pretended not to know. "I don't think you've got anything wrong so far. Only time is not right. I'm your husband, so what's your lack, it's mine too."

I'm moved. Unconsciously crying.

"Come on, don't cry like a baby. I'm confused what to do, Rama alone needs to be persuaded do you need to be persuaded too, hm?"
