A week after his return from Bali, Sastri and Adit's relationship is still going on because Sastri hasn't opened the door for Adit. They communicate like a couple if they are free. But these two days, Adit who usually sent messages suddenly disappeared without news. And this morning, Sastri's team was hit by lightning when Mr. Vishnu said that all the cases they were handling had been taken over by the PPATK.
Not long after, some officers from the PPATK agency took all the files and data they managed to have. The takeover of the case after the arrest of one of the tax officers who received bribes from several foreign investors and more surprising is Arif who has been a self-styled driver in carrying out actions with Sastri in the the field was caught.
All of Sastri's divisions don't believe the news. Arif who they have known all along turned out to even take bribes from people they are targeting. While they were being overwhelmed with disappointment, shocking news again appeared on the glass screen.
“Adit”
Adit was also caught by the PPATK petigas over a bodong investment case involving several artists and young entrepreneurs.
“Has good he never sent a message again.” muttered Sastri at his desk staring softly at the table that yesterday contained many documents now clean. All were already transported and their divisions were already the worst divisions due to the involvement of one of its members.
“How is our fate now, Sir?” ask one of my colleagues.
“Entahlah. At the very least we will take care of office administration or be mutated to the area. If you can't stand it resign.”
“What will we answer to the other staff? They'll definitely bully us.”
“Already, we better enjoy this leisure time by eating and relaxing a little. Everything has happened, what do we think again.”
One of my colleagues gave me advice. “Come, we have lunch comfortably and quietly!” Mr. Vishnu as the division leader finally agreed to the opinion of his subordinates.
They left the office as usual and enjoyed lunch at a stall that was quite famous. A news re-appeared on a television screen not far from Sastri's desk.
“CEO Jo Group who was recently re-appointed made a scene with the news of his engagement with Kamisha who is the owner of PH Entertainment. The happy news was delivered directly by the father of CEO Jonathan named Joseph. This happy news certainly makes women who admire the good looks of CEO Jonathan to be disappointed and sad. Because Kamisha is the woman CEO Jo chose to be his wife. What about you, viewers? Do you feel disappointed too?”
That's how the female reporter ended the news on the television channel to make some female friends Sastri sneer, “Alah. Still handsome kang Ojek my subscription.”
“Yes, just because of the rich capital and branded appearance all does not guarantee him a good man, most also it is business engagement. Know the game of the rich. Are you seriously still going to the office? Our salary is big, enough to buy a car.”
“Lazy bring, good ride Kang Ojek. Every day can be replaced. Overtake here and there directly arrived. Car carry ribet.”
Sastri did not respond to the words of his friend. In silence, he thought about the news he had just heard and with his own eyes he witnessed how Kamisha smiled beside Jonathan. Sastri was imagining every moment he spent with them in America.
“Did I miss something?”
Inner Sastri continued to wonder about the relationship between the two that he knew was very unlikely. Why are they getting engaged now?
“Everything, ask attention for a moment!” Mr. Vishnu gave an intrusion.
If it is just tax evasion like Melisa, we are still watching but I do not know for sure whether our team will be involved or will be formed a new team. Likewise with Arif, maybe they have been monitoring Arif for a long time, only we do not realize it.
So, on this occasion I want to say a big thank you for your service and hard work so far. I would also like to apologize if all this time there have been words that hurt your heart. So how, have I been forgiven?”
“Sudahhh. Sometimes we also gossip the Father behind.” Woe to a fellow Sastri who made them laugh at once.
“From yesterday you were silent, again thought Adit yes?”
A colleague whispers Sastri's daydream. “Hah??”
“That's right, you're thinking Adit.”
“No. I wonder what our next fate will be?” seloroh Sastri then both laughed.
After finishing lunch together, Sastri decided to go home to his parents after getting a message from his mother if there was anything important they wanted to talk about. Sastri's mind was so confused with the many events that he did not feel the taxi he met had stopped in front of the house.
“After arrival, Buk.”
“Oh. Thank you.”
Both of his parents were already sitting in the living room when Sastri arrived. Sastri picked up a bottle of drink from the refrigerator and sat down in front of his parents. An invitation located on the table caught Sastri's attention.
“Invitation of the engagement of the son of the owner Jo Group. You must have seen the news on TV.” Mr. Mahardika voiced.
“Founder Jo Group who is the father of Jonathan is an old friend of Papa.”
Sastri was still silent but his countenance changed drastically after hearing his father's confession. “There was a personal problem between Papa and Joseph and may still make him take a grudge on Papa. That's why he sent Andrew. Papa doesn't know for sure what purpose he sent Andrew but Papa just wants to say a fact so you're not surprised if anything happens with the company. That's also the reason Papa and Mama asked you to lead the company. Papa is old to think of different ways of dealing with them. So, are you willing? Think carefully. Papa give me a week!”
“What is the problem between Papa and founder Jo Group until he wants revenge?”
“It was a personal and unethical matter for Papa to tell you. Don't ask that again! But, as a business person, we still respect each other even though behind him doing something else. Because of that, Papa still gets this invitation even though he hates Papa.”
“Follow with us so that you get to know them further while congratulating your friend, Kamisha.”
